Absolutly disgusting!!!! All workers in the back should be handeling the food with gloves on. No gloves worn ever in the 1/2 hour i was there i saw no hand washing, wiping hands on aprons direct contact with burger meat and buns as well as lettuce onion and tomato. Ive been in the food service industry for 14 yrs and this needs to stop. I will never ever eat here again and i hope others will not either until they use gloves. Matter of fact go to mc ds at least they use gloves and change out frequently this is so gross! Would you let a dentist stick their fingers in your mouth without a glove... Cause thats what you are getting at a&w and they dont seem to care either... Ever gotten sick after eating here... I recommend you file a class action law suite because this is totally unacceptable! I hope the ceo sees this review and does...

Absolutely awful and unclean . Every time we go here there are 5-6 employees standing around, goofing off and have managed to screw up our order every time we have gone. Real piss off to go home(out of town) and find its not our complete order or not even our order and chicken uncooked in sandwich. And both times I have called to complain I get " oh well you can come all the way back here to get your order or we can send you a voucher for a few meal.(which eventually shows up I. 3 weeks) Last time we will get food from there. Biggest piss off is went there with the voucher just for them to screw up again. What would they do if they worked at a fast paced city location-FAIL!!! Time to hire people who actually can do the job they...

Dined-in with a friend. After ordering, my friend made an unfortunate joke about a large lady working behind the counter. I looked over at her without thinking, and came eye to eye with her, and she looked very upset at me, she clearly heard it. I looked back at my friend, threw my hands in the air and said "great, now we're going to get spit in our food". When we received our order, the was small grey curly hair on the side on my burger (non-pubescent), hair on my cup, and hair on the tray. Now I'm sure this is a great restaurant to go to under normal circumstances, but be aware you NEED to be polite to them. They are not afraid to break health codes to get revenge on you....
