KFC — Restaurant in Selkirk

We were charged almost $45.54 - You gave half container medium potato salad, we showed you while you pulled it out, and the female worker looked into the fridge and realized ALL of them were half assed full and gave us an extra small one. You missed the colonel classic sandwich even after the first mistake my family pointed out to you.

Drive - 16 kilometers there. Waited 12-15 min for the order and drove the 16 kilometers back. 2 younger staff, female and male. Taller male worker in the back.

Why does the customer half to worry about an order so simple? Now what? Drive all the way back. Gas and Time. Thanks KFC Selkirk, MB. for the garbage service.

Edit: oh yeah, on your bill, the phone number to your restaurant is incorrect. Thanks for not answering the phone after looking...

4;30pm dec 15th 2021 - I felt like KFC was making me a favor to sell some snacks . The cashier was so rude and have no patience (to wait me look the menu for 1min & store empty). I just say you thank you because this make promise myself that I will NEVER buy nothing anymore from places (like this one) that do not deliver SERVICE , they do not deserve my money and I hope more people follow me … Does not matter if you make the best food in the world (and is not your case) do not forget that who is buying from you are PEOPLE that expects a professional service .. I really hope the manager can training better them employees. By the way : who buy 10 units of chicken deserve more than ONE napkin...

My husband waited over 30 minutes at this selkirk location , he ordered a 10 piece bucket with the sides and a popcorn chicken , the elderly lady took his order , very polite , after 15 minutes waiting he observed a young lady that really had a bad attitude . A customer that was eating in asked for a paper plate and fork she slammed it on the counter and said here ! Needless to say customers were coming in and out and my husband is still waiting for his order and then. They said another 5 minutes well he was told the same thing 14 minute’s prior ! He wanted his money back and he walked out ! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ST ALL ! Not ever going back there ! Star...
