Really really terrible meal. Couldn’t find the chicken in my chicken sandwich. The sandwich You get looks absolutely nothing like tv commercials, website or even the display board in the store. My chicken sandwich of which I only had a few bites from, tasted like it had sat under a heat lamp for a week. My lettuce was brown and limp and I asked for no tomato and it was still served with tomato (if you can call what I received a tomato). Beef burger was tasteless, large but totally devoid of any flavour, sadly even the bacon was flavourless and the onion rings were not cooked, the onion was still raw. Poutines were small and had a skimpy amount of cheese curds and not enough gravy. I reached out to corporate to let them know about our terrible meal and their response was as disappointing as the meal. I think Dairy Queen needs to just stick to ice cream. This meal was fit for the garbage can. Won’t ever be bothered to have a hot meal here again. We didn’t have ice cream so I can’t comment on if it’s decent or not.

went to this location a week ago and ordered chicken fingers with sauce. received then without sauce and asked for a redo. the cook opened my box and took my cooked fingers out with his hands and put them into a sauce container! when I asked the manager why on earth would he not use tongs or use gloves to touch my cooked fingers he just shrugged and said thats how they do things there! he stated that in eighteen years they have never used gloves when touching food! the cook used tongs to remove the fingers and after my complaint used disposable gloves to redo. my issue is that if one is touching precooked meat with ones hands at least the heat of cooking would remove any bacteria but to grab cooked food with ones hands is disgusting. i called dq canada who informed me that their franchises are required to use tongs or gloves when food handling. manager was rude and abrasive while speaking to him....

I love Blizzards! I tried a Menu Item #9 Cheeseburger (which ended up being a double patty), and it tasted a lot like McDonald's, which I LOVE! That was so excellent, and I loved it. The limited edition Superman Cake Batter Cookie Dough Blizzard tasted like I was celebrating my birthday in the summer. It was so fun, like Katy Perry, the Barbie movie, and the beautiful selection of DQ fudge crumble layer ice cream cakes that were already made! Your cake designers and cake decorators know how to have fun, make people happy, and inspire people in a positive way, like the moody, all dark purple decorated cake that reminded me of a song titled "Midnight Queen" by Nickelback, from their album called Here and Now.
