This is my second time coming here as it was recommended by my boss since I've been looking for some great food options for take out since moving here. The first time i came here, I was just trying the learn the menu before I ordered. The family owned establishment was really kind to my boyfriend and myself. Gave us a list of the most popular things on their menu. We ordered fish and chips the first time and she came out with a piece of chicken to try which was nice of her. Honestly it was soo good I just had to come back on my day off for some. So today I came back to order a family sized bucket & poutine it was nice that they were so helpful towards their customers it makes it easy to order. They have such great food, really nice atmosphere and over all great customers service! I recommend them! Thank you guys again! We look forward to see you guys more for our take out meals cant wait to try another item off...
Read moreMy wife, Pat, and I enjoyed our meals at this restaurant (take out only). I gobbled up their 2 fish (light batter, snow white and delightfully flaky) with standard chips. Pat ordered the scallops (large) which she enjoyed. We shared the fries (and found there were still too many for the 2 of us). Such a wonderful day we didn't mind dining under their tarped off area sitting upon the perfectly placed picnic tables. We imagine this placed being packed during the upcoming lobster festival (we ate here July 1, 2022). During the lull in the COVID pandemic, it was nice being surrounded by fellow citizens. We both wondered what the large lawn area was for (tent goers, concert venue, gaming area, nice looking but had us wondering). Washroom are very clean, well kept and certainly appreciated. One cannotmiss their large chicken and road signs. We will be back here in future and look forward to tasting their many...
Read moreunbelievably overpriced I had a large lobster roll, and it was definitely tasty- I liked the garlic toast, and It had a decent amount of lobster in it, but it was really small and not worth the almost $20. If you showed that thing to me i'd assume it would've been a small or a kids size. It was seriously half the size of a lobster roll you'd get for half the price in Rimouski with the same quality. The dippin dots were also really expensive ($6) for how small the bags were, though that might just be an inflation thing so I wouldn't really hold it against them. Still though, $6 for a bag smaller than my palm... jeez. If you're a local who's used to NB's ridiculous food prices, maybe it will be good for you, but i'd recommend anyone on vacation to...
