Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Shediac

I feel it is important to share an unfortunate experience I had at the Tim Hortons location in Shediac. As a regular customer, I have frequently noticed that the coffee served here often tastes burnt, which is already disappointing. However, today's experience was particularly concerning and has prompted me to speak up.

When I visited this morning, one of the employees placed my coffee down forcefully and said, “Enjoy it,” in a very rude manner. Following this, the manager approached me and spoke to me in an equally unprofessional and discourteous way, accusing me of not paying for a coffee on a previous visit—a claim that is entirely false and baseless. This was both surprising and upsetting, as I have always paid for my orders.

Seeking to resolve the situation, I later called the location to discuss the matter, but the manager hung up on me without addressing my concerns, which only added to the frustration.

As a loyal customer who values good service and professionalism, I am very disappointed with the way I was treated today. I hope that management takes note of this feedback and addresses the need for better customer service and training at this location. No customer should ever feel disrespected or unfairly treated.

Just came to this location was served by an older woman named Annie who was the rudest employee I have ever experienced at a timmies, I got a sub and wanted chipotle sauce on it , she said she had to charge me which didn't make sense as I always have gotten it without being charged. She also gave me hard time about my sandwich being toasted as I didn't want it toasted , i then said I will pay for the chipotle sauce on my sandwich as i really wanted it , so when she put into cash register there was no charge hmmm imagine that a customer was right . I almost didn't get my sub the way I liked to due to this extremely rude ignorant woman who has absolutely no customer service skills , Tim Horton's should be embarrassed to have an employee like her working for them. Absolutely terrible service from this woman. I haven't even tried the food yet to review on that as this woman really upset me however there was another younger woman in there with short hair who was extremely friendly wish she was the one serving me lol if I ever come bk to this location I will avoid Annie like...

We went for lunch May29/23 I ordered Turkey bacon sandwich/old fashion plain donut and a Habanero chicken wrap /choc Cruellor. When I opened my sandwich all over the bag just a mess. I didn't realize you had to assemble your own sandwich. There was no sauce and I asked for double mayo the turkey meat was so wet the bun just fell apart it was nasty . My donut was hard and so dry you knew it had been sitting there for a long time. I took it back to the lady making sanwiches She just slapped it back together and handed it back to me. It was Disgusting!!! The ladies doing sandwiches were making stuff and just throwing it on the counter and yelling so loud to the customer to get the order it was awful. The sandwich area was disgusting food everywhere. Not once did I see them change gloves!!! I had had enough!!! We had to leave because my anxiety was getting so bad because of the Yelling.
