Dear Jon, I tried to answer you through Google+, but an agent of the fascistic secret service prevented me from doing that, so I had to look for another way to communicate with you, and I've found the link you gave for the A Taste of Vietnamold
Ordered from here for pick up for a work event. We had some severe allergies to work around. After multiple asks they still failed to document anything written for the allergy food prep as requested. As I asked at the till, was told it was written on the container. It was not. Also no cutlery or sauce or anything for an order for 8 people. Guess I shouldn't have trusted.
I called to inquire and I got some nice attitude from the guy on the phone. Was told to just trust them. There's no cross contamination. I asked to speak to a manager and was told no. I said pardon? I would wait on the phone for them, again was told no. The manager is busy for at least 3 hours and I cannot speak to them. No asking me for my number to get a call back or anything. Just told no and given attitude. Will be the last time we order for the office from here, that's for sure.

Not to say they didn't have say, carrots and celery as well, but there's an almost overwhelming amount of onions so some more variety might be nice. Anyway overall the food was very tasty and the service was good, just a little more ambiance might be nice as well. No music and it's pretty quiet so you just overhear the other tables quite a bit.
This still won't unseat my local nearby favorite for Vietnamese - Saigon Paradise - as that is a true hole-in-the-wall family Vietnamese place with a super sweet lady serving, which is how I like my Vietnamese restaraunts best! Still this is another decent choice not...
