I came into the store asking for a high impact acai made in a snack size instead of a regular size. I had made this request because usually high impact only comes in regular but i wanted only a snack. As i work at booster juice I know high impact can be made in a snack size but it just isn’t on the menu. Then I asked the employee working if he could just make me one in snack size and this is when the manager had said i can afford a regular smoothie if i work at booster juice. I just want to say during the whole time i was at the booster juice location I never asked for a free smoothie nor did I say I give out free smoothies at my location. Yet Again, another let down. My last review regarding opening times in the morning was accurate. To say you checked the security tapes and confirmed the times opened were between 6:59 and 7:02 am is not at all true, I physically sat in front of the store on most mornings waiting and left after 7:10 am, other mornings I drove by the store. And yes, I know exactly what location I was at. I was there yesterday morning, ordered a green hornet juice and was handed what looked and tasted like carrot juice. Placed an order via their app 90 minutes prior to delivery time. Wanted to make an adjustment and couldn't on the app, was directed to call the store to adjust but nobody picked up the 5 times I called between 10:35am and when the order was picked up. When I finally got a hold of the store they offered to make it right, unfortunately it was too late as order was already delivered (to wrong location, but that was the Uber drivers fault) and replacement would have arrived outside of when it...
