Absolutely will never be back here. Spent half hour in there with one person ahead who was prerrt much done already. I ordered a milkshake thinking it would come as advertised came out missing all the toppings. After I said no im not taking that she proceeded to te me that it's extra for the toppings. Nowhere does it state this. Than proceeded to tell me Ferrero is oreos despite me showing her the picture on their wall. And than proceeded to put press all over it after being told no. Hands me a sloppy over flowing glass. The taste was horrendous and minty . My daughter got the rolls with two toppings and ate a few bites and threw it out. After paying 30 dollars with tip for a milkshake and some rolled ice cream you'd expect better service. If I could give 0 starts I would. Go to scoop and roll way better service...

I really wanted to love Rollz Ice Cream, especially since it seems like this location was new, but my experience was underwhelming. It took over 10 minutes to make a milkshake, which I could understand if it was busy, but I was the only customer there. The staff was friendly, though perhaps a bit over-eager and disorganized, as I had three different employees talk over each other to answer my questions about their menu items, leaving me still confused.

I eventually ordered an Oreo milkshake, which came to over $7 with a 30% coupon. While I don’t mind paying for quality, I was disappointed by how small the shake was, especially knowing it would normally cost $10. It tasted ok, but not worth the price.
