Subject: Concern About Service at Booster Juice Sherwood Park – Sept 19 at 1:45 PM
Dear Booster Juice Customer Care / Store Manager,
I’m writing to share a concern about an experience I had at the Sherwood Park Booster Juice location on September 19, around 1:45 PM.
I arrived, waited in line, and was first to be served. However, when it was my turn, the employee skipped me and served the man behind me instead. When I politely asked why, she replied that “he has to go,” without offering any apology or further explanation.
I told her I no longer wished to place my order. She then said she could not refund me or contact anyone to resolve the issue and stated that this was “how it works.” I left feeling dismissed and treated unfairly as a customer.
I value Booster Juice and would like to continue visiting, but I hope this situation can be addressed so that all customers are served in the order they arrive and treated respectfully.

Read moreVery bad customer service .. they didn’t follow the instructions. I ordered orange juice and carrot juice they gave me the wrong item and the orange juice she didn’t made it fresh. She just put some orange juice from the large bottle of minute maid. And then i said them you gave me the wrong item I ordered for carrot juice that I mentioned in the notes. She said we don’t read the instructions and I don’t know how to made carrot juice. Then why she work there if she don’t know how to made fresh juices and they made orange juice and the carrot juice like this. Also she talked we her manager. Read moreI am being generous by giving 3 stars. I had to wait 12 min to get a regular watermelon explosion and a chicken wrap. There was two workers and 1 guy in front of me. The lady doing the smoothies was pretty fast but the lady at the till made me stand there waiting for her to even acknowledge my existence for 3+ min. Then I had to repeat my order 3 times because she was clearly not paying attention. When I finally got my wrap I was half way done my drink and as I left because I had to get back to work before my lunch break was over the wrap was ice cold in the middle. Cold chicken is not my thing. Waste of money and time. This is not the first time this location has been bad...
