Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Smiths Falls

Absolutely horrible service. Our waiter came to take our order and as soon as my boyfriend ordered the waiter began walking away. I called him back and said that I’d like to order the creamy chicken Alfredo and he responded with “creamy garlic” as assumed there is garlic in the Alfredo I said yes please. As the waiter walked away I felt as though there may had been a misunderstanding and mentioned to my boyfriend that I believe the waiter thought I wanted a side of Alfredo sauce for his pizza. So my boyfriend went to the counter to talk to him to clear up that I was ordering a meal. Not just the side of sauce. About 5 minutes later the waiter comes out with th pizza but nothing else, drops off the pizza and began hurrying off. As I said I had ordered the pasta he said I had only ordered the sauce. My boyfriend stepped in and brought up that he clarified that I wanted my own meal. The waiter looked at us like we had 5 heads and said he would get it made right away. Absolutely terrible service, I ordered a personal pizza for myself. But before I was even finished my order he started walking away. I called him back but kept walking, so I had to go up to the desk and finish my order and my girl friends order because he only hear creamy garlic. So I went up and corrected him say she wants the chicken Alfredo , he said yes just the sauce. I corrected him once more and said no the Alfredo pasta not just the sauce, he continues punching stuff in the computer as I walked back to my table. I get the pizza with the garlic sauce in a little bowl. I asked where the Alfredo was. He said that I just wanted the sauce, I corrected him once more and said the garlic Alfredo pasta. He was getting alittle agitated and very short with us. Then as he was walking away he let out en exaggerated exhale and was shaking his head. Terrible service. Who would order the Alfredo sauce without the chicken or the pasta?

Extremely bad service from the beginning and no response from customer service when called with issue! Was not able to purchase online called and no help as just said don't know why not working! So drove into store to place order. Could not use my gift card as worker did not know how to punch it in! Had to go over my order 4 times before it was correctly done. It was for delivery at a certain time. Order was placed 4 hours ahead of time. So when delivery time came no pizzas. Called store for 1/2 straight and no answer. Even when calls went to customer service they could not get an answer. After 40 minutes I drove to the store and was surprised to see the workers talking and laughing and the phones ringing with no one answering them!! So, I could not use online coupons sent to me by your store as online not working, could not use gift card because no one knew how to use them. I wanted delivery and had to drive to store myself and when you sent a survey to fill out I got no call back about issues but said I would. Wow, where is the customer...
