Subway — Restaurant in Smiths Falls

I have been to this location, quite a few times now, and I have held off on complaining due to the fact that all fast food places have mishaps. I don’t know what it is about this location but for the past Three months every time I have gone to the subway, the bread Or cookies have been incredibly stale. There have been multiple times I have had to ask for my sandwich to be remade with fresh bread or ask a staff member to change their glove (they don’t seem to care at all). I was Going through the drive-through two days ago And when I opened my sub, the bread was literally crumbling from how stale it was. When I called to tell them what they could do for me because I had spent $30 on two combos they asked for my name and number, and I never received a callback from the manager. Absolutely zero accountability from the worker who knew they were serving...

Jaimen has ensured my family and I never return to the Smiths Falls location at 107 Lombard Street, nor will we recommend this location to anyone we know. He was rude, impatient, failed to answer dietary questions (instead I was given information that had nothing to do with my questions), and lacked any sort of customer service etiquette overall. We were also told that half of what we ordered was "discontinued" with no viable substitution offered instead. My son (who is seven) was badgered about what he was ordering while we were not yet even in line. All three of us felt rushed and like a complete inconvenience to him taking a break or casually chatting up his female co-worker. I really like subway although this Subway not so much. My son and I stopped in for an evening sub, just a couple of egg salads subs, doing the healthiest choice. The manager didn't like that we asked for extra vegetables on our egg salad, he became upset so we left after exchanging words and canceling our order. We went to the downtown Subway only to find that he is also the manager or owner there too. We traveled on to Perth and ate there instead of Smith Falls, we never went back to Subway again in Smith's Falls and never will. Even though I made a formal complaint to subway Canada I doubt anything ever happened with it as in most cases.
