I had gone to a Tim Hortons in Kingston on my way home from a road trip, I got a caramel iced coffee. When I got it I took a sip and there was chunks that came up, and it tasted really bad. I then noticed that there were more white chunks all through out the drink and a bunch settled in the bottom of the cup. It came to my realization that this was spoiled cream. I didn’t drink anymore of it and decided that the next Tim Hortons I saw I would stop at to try and get a replacement. I stopped at this specific location, and immediately once the guy working cash noticed the drink in my hand he asked if I was looking for a replacement. I said yes, and explained to him what was wrong with it, also mentioning that I did not get this at their store. His manger was passing by and she asked me what my drink was and got it started, while he dumped out the old one. He also said that he saw all the curdled cream and said how disgusting it was. After I received my new drink him and his manager both apologized to me multiple times saying that they were sorry I had to experience that and how gross it was. His manager then went on to give me a $5 Tim’s gift card, which I found to be exceedingly nice and thoughtful. I live in Ottawa and none of the Tim Hortons there could live up to the service I received today! The staff was thoughtful, understanding, and attentive. If I lived in Smith Falls this would be my regular Tim Hortons. 5 star service, which is sometimes hard to find in the fast food industry now a days, but this was so refreshing! Keep doing what you’re doing at...
Read moreThe quality of coffee has certainly gone downhill in the past five years, out of 10 coffee you order 7 will be bad but you won't realize this until your 5 minutes down the road and it's not really worth going back.
We used to consume a lot of coffee from Tim Hortons but we've realized over the years that were just giving our money away we're rarely happy with the quality of the coffee and that's even after asking for the freshest pot that they have.
I've had to go into the store so many times after leaving the drive-through and getting poor coffee it's just embarrassing anymore.
Some of the responses I've gotten to my lightly complaining about the bad coffee are quite hilarious. Taste buds don't lie, I've been drinking coffee long enough to know a good coffee from a bad one, a fresh cut from an old cup.
I had my first cup of coffee when I was 30 years old from Tim Hortons in Gananoque, Ontario and I have enjoyed it every day since with the exception of this past 5 years, you guys have dropped the ball.
When I bring my coffee in to tell you that it doesn't taste good I'm not doing it because I'm gaining anything I'm doing it because I paid for a product that doesn't taste good I have nothing to gain other than to get what I paid for. Hopefully Tim Hortons picks...
Read moreWent there this morning to buy french vanilla. Used the app to gather points from the drive thru cashier. She tried to scan and tried to correct me that she cant see it. I flip my phone towards me and its still showing that she can scan it. Then she proceeded to scan it, while waiting for my drink the girl behind her (Candice) started talking to this other staff next to her ( not the cashier) and they both look at me in a fishy way. I tried to ignore it and Candice handed me the drink. I then ask for my receipt and again they both look at me weird. As I was about to drive off the lady next to Candice commented "Bye,Bye" (sarcastic tone). I turn around and went up the drive thru to ask them if I offended them because clearly i'm the topic of their conversation and giving me dirty looks. I told them its discriminatory and insulting to treat customers this way. The staff tried to deny it. The management should hire people who actually love their job and has customer...
