TLDR; nuggets are better than wings, a bit too salty but altogether satisfied and happy
We’ve never been to Popeyes before and did hear from friends of ours that like Popeyes that they didn’t like it here. But they’ve been here a while so we thought we’d check it out for ourselves, especially because the reviews on here are very mixed.
I don’t have a very discerning pallet but I am a picky eater (autistic). I thought most of the food, except for the fries, were a bit too salty for me. I feel like if they cut down a bit on the salt it would be perfect actually. I can’t finish food I don’t like though and I ate all of it
I got the nuggets and mom got the wings and she said the nuggets taste better and are better value for money. Wings seemed very small, according to her.
I also have stomach problems so a lot of things repeat on me really quickly and these didn’t so I am pleased about that.
Altogether, I am satisfied and happy. I don’t know if it was my favourite but I did like it.

I was treated like garbage by their customer service staff after their app malfunctioned during payment and told to bad that it would be returned within 24 hours, 24 hours later it has been taken from my account and paid, Popeyes states to bad and that they won't help me, and blocked me from all of their customer support (text and email) and I have the proof in screenshots all the way, I am beyond let down by this company and would highly advise not using the app or giving Popeyes your business, their customer support and corporate teams give not a single care about their customers and are not willing to help in any way shape or form, complete and under lack of care of compassion and doubt I will ever give them my business again, so very let down by a place I enjoyed in the US, but the Canadian chains, couldn't care less about you as a customer

This is the best Popeye's I've ever been to... In terms of food and staff, anyway.
This place is no sit-down restaurant, and honestly that suits me just fine; the location makes it a place where you pick up dinner on your way home, not a lunch break locale. So the service side is just open space, but it's clean, well lit, and friendly enough for the purpose it serves. You can sit down if you want, but... Eh.
That's not why I rated atmosphere so low, though. It's because of the parking lot. Whoever designed the building, in particular the drive-thru, needs to be beaten to metaphorical un-alive status with giant novelty hammers. The doors don't seem to be wheelchair accessible, and you have to cross over the parking lot and the garden plots to get to the door. Horrible planning, 0/10 - and that's why I had to take away a star....
