Take a step back and be honest about what happened. We ordered delivery through Uber. We did not even come into the restaurant or ever ask for free food lol. We paid in full for a family platter and were delivered a single sandwich, drink, and potatoes. We contacted the driver who stated he picked up what the restaurant (YOU) gave him for my contact details and advised us to call the restaurant (YOU). We called the restaurant (YOU), and the first employee we spoke with took some time to figure out what happened but realized it was the restaurants fault (YOU) and promised you’d personally deliver to us what we ordered AND PAID FOR within 25 minutes. Nearly an hour later, we called to see what the status was and that’s when we were continuously yelled at, cut off, and hung up on (I even had the owner take some deep breaths with me to calm him down!!). You barely let us say 5 words, and refused to let us speak with the employee who initially helped us. You refused to offer any sort of assistance, but continuously yelled “pay me”. Sir… Don’t use delivery services if you can’t fulfill orders correctly. And certainly do not aggressively attack your customers when they’re just trying to get the damn food they paid for. SO glad I was able to get a full refund today through Uber. I miss the old owners. DO BETTER.

Highly DO NOT recommend ever ordering from this restaurant. The owner is disgustingly rude, aggressive, and incompetent. Below is my original review, but I've had a very poor experience since. I would NOT recommend calling in your order - go directly INTO the store order. I called, gave my order and clarified my toppings, picked up, no problem - all on time. Get home and it's covered in all the toppings I didn't want. Mistakes happen, I call the store. Owner answers, won't let me explain what happens, immediately denies taking a phone order in the past hour, then says I said all toppings, then again says there was no order and he was working alone (he wasn't ... I paid cash to a younger woman and left a tip because they're always so kind). I won't be returning here for some time .... if I ever do - I will be sure to order IN STORE. I'll admit I hung up before a resolution but I was frustrated and didn't want to argue. My review has changed from 4 to 3 stars - I've had more great experiences here but this one experience takes away from it.

The owner is really friendly, and the rest of the staff are also very kind. I stopped in just a few minutes prior to closing (thinking they were open another hour still) and the staff were still happy to help! Their servings are a good size, the chicken is moist and tender, the garlic sauce is creamy and really tasty. They also have some take home sauces as well! Overall, another great addition for some variety in Smiths Falls.

Please consider using more environmentally friendly takeout...

Not bad, not bad at all when you're in the mood for a Shawarma and the service is great. (That was my opinion 3 years ago) things have certainly changed since then.

The wife and I stopped in this evening for the first time in 3 years when it was our first time ever visiting the establishment.

We both ordered chicken platters and weren't long realizing that you get more for your money by just purchasing the sandwich.

I've never been able to finish a Shawarma platter until today, today I finished the whole thing with ease.

I've never had such a sad platter also I must say the flavors were off, not very tasty this time around, very bland.

I really don't know what to say, I don't know what happened.
