Would give 0/5 if I could. Atrocious customer service. They take money off your card through the app, when you go to pick up your food they say it didn’t come through - then when you call to see what the problem is as the moneys gone from your account they say they’ll honour it and make your food just come on in they checked with the boss and it can be honoured as the moneys already come out and was clearly ordered to that location. When you drive twenty minutes to the location to pick it up after being told to come get it. Then when you get there they say they won’t honour it and are just I guess keeping your money and wasting your time? Talked over me the whole time whilst trying to explain I was told the boss said I could come get my food ordered an hour ago at this point as the moneys been taken out of my account and not returned. Refused to give me the information to get in contact with said boss that gave the order to do so, even though I asked repeatedly, I was left with the answer of ‘he doesn’t live here’ after asking how to get into contact with him and told ‘try coming in the store and seeing if he’s here’ but not given the days he would be. 🙃 They’ve continuously messed my orders up almost every time but I’ve realized it’s usually a busy time and kept being a loyal customer but this is...
Read moreThis location is one of the worst Subway’s I have ever been to. First off, often the vegetables are brown and old but if you go to another location like Carleton Place everything is fresh and topped up. There is a woman, and 2 staff who work with her starting with the letters P and J who will never make your sandwich correctly. The lady will ask you everything you want to do to your sandwich when you order and then will forget it and continue to ask you again 2-4 times. All 3 of them will put whatever random amount of meat they decide is sufficient for the day. The lady for whatever reason will start placing meat on your sandwich and spread it out but while she gets to the end she just keeps stacking more and more meat and it’s not evenly distributed. My order is always the same yet the price changes consistently when I walk in there. There is a younger teenager who works there occasionally and I know when I see him I will get good service, my sandwich will be made correctly while following the guidelines on how to properly build a sandwich and how much meat should be placed and where. It’s the most frustrating location....
Read moreI placed an order through the app for this location by accident. I meant to order from a different location but that was my default. So I called the location right away and asked him to cancel it. They told me that they hadn't started making my subs yet but that they can't cancel my order I have to do it through the app. I asked them how to cancel it through the app. They told me I have to call customer service so I went to the app there is no such customer service number if I go to my order it provides me with the number for the store so I called the store back and explained that they told me that again they can't cancel it and that I have to call the number for customer service so I asked them for the number for customer service they said they don't know and I have to Google it. So I googled the customer support number for Subway and there is no such number available to me so I went back on the app and I had to fill out a little survey template. So there is no support whatsoever and I'm out $25 for a simple error that should EASILY be rectified. So I call them back and they tell me they will cancel the order and refund...
