I ordered a small Canadian with thick crust. The pizza came with such little cheese that there were massive gaps, exposing the toppings below. When I took my first bite I always realized the dough was completely raw. With the tip to the driver, I spent $30 on this single very small pizza, with no additions to the order. I called and they offered to replace the pizza free of charge, explaining that thick crust is “harder to cook.” If you offer the option to order a thick crust, you should be able to execute it. Making excuses and shifting the blame onto the customer for ordering thick crust doesn’t look great. But, I took them up on the offer and waited for the replacement pizza (this time a small Canadian with regular crust). The second pizza arrived with the same laughable amount of cheese, and the dough was rough yet again. If your crusts are getting crispy and brown before the dough under the toppings can cook, your oven is too hot. And maybe pre-portion your cheese, the amount on these pizzas was not even close to where it should have been.

I thought I’d treat myself to a good pizza and caesar salad from Milano’s in SF. I placed my order online and made sure my order correct. I received my order by delivery. I paid the delivery guy and tipped him. My order of 1 small pizza, pepperoni and bacon, easy sauce, not overcooked and 1 small ceasar salad was delivered. I open my salad and noticed the bacon was fake. It’s the kind you buy at the dollar store in a shaker. Then I opened my pizza box and noticed it didn’t look right. I took a bite and thought no bacon, too much sauce and overcooked. Oh! Where’s the cheese. Oh! It’s the brown stuff. I called and they asked if I wanted a credit for next time or send another pizza. I said send another pizza. Well, the new pizza had bacon but too much sauce and more overcooked than the first one. I lost my appetite and just wasted $30. And this not the first time. One time I went in to order my pizza and talked to the cook, my pizza was perfect and that was the only time. Milano, I’m very disappointed in you and will not order for some time.

We have a couple of favorite pizzas we order from Milano's. As others have stated, it is a little pricey but it is not often we order, and it is usually worth it as they are generous with the toppings. However, this last time they were way too generous with one topping. We had ordered hot peppers on a pizza along with other toppings, but either by accident or a joke by an employee our pizza was absolutely overloaded with hot peppers! We took a picture of some of the peppers we took off just one piece. We love hot peppers, but it was an absurd amount. This really ruined our pizza, and we are quite disappointed with what is usually pizza we enjoy.

I was supposed to send my complaint earlier but due to major problems with my permanent disabilities from Smith Falls I was rushed back home to Newmarket. I live on a disability pension due to having Lupus so this wassail that more irritating a disgusting. On June 22, 2017 I made an online order with Milano Pizza 14 Main Street East Smith Falls for a Pizza to be delivered to Rogers Motel 178 Lombard Street Room 16 Smith Falls Ontario. When This order was delivered later than I had expected when we received the order we were just on our way out to look at a disability home with our Realtor. Firstly the order was written up completely wrong my receipt showed several items I never ordered scratched out and replaced in writing my items actually ordered. The entire order changed was $72.62. The problems were as follows: The pizza was soggy in fact the bottom crust was so wet and soggy it leaked through the bottom of the pizza box ultimately falling out of the bottom of the box. The pizza was not cooked long enough for this to happen. It looked like someone stepped on my pizza as the toppings were completely stuck to the top of the box. The potato wedges were cold and soggy. The breaded pickles were cold, soggy and the lid of the dip came off in the box soaking all of the pickles with sauce. The cheese curds were cold and hard as a rock. Ultimately they were gross. I added a tip at time of order yet the driver told me tip was not included so when I made my payment through debit I added a $7,00 tip. It wasn't until later I discovered when looking at my bill I did in fact added a tip at time of order so I gave this guy $7.00 too much. Based on the quality of this order I should have not given any tip. I decided to complain because no one should get such a poor quality of order especially for ...
