Very disappointed. We’ve ordered lots from them and if a mistake was made it was corrected with no problem. Last night we ordered 2 pizzas, the crazy bread and drinks. The delivery person arrived with no drinks but was great, polite and said she’d fix the problem. We were easy with it being refunded or replaced. We opened the boxes and found our one pizza was literally coated with red chilli flakes!!! We love spice but this was ridiculous. We tried scraping them off even but it was inedible. It honestly looked like someone thought it was a joke and put as many as possible. We called and then were told nothing could be done plus rudely left on the phone while the one person talked about us and then passed to someone else who just kept telling us no. We either wanted a replacement or refund. It wasn’t hard and not sure why it was such an unpleasant experience. I understand mistakes but this was handled so poorly and we never got refunded for our drinks and had to pay for a pizza we couldn’t eat, were treated badly and won’t be ordering from them again. Read moreWe have been ordering from Pizzability since moving to Sooke over two years ago. It used to be great but it has slipped a lot in the last little while. As a regular user (our orders seldom varied) it was a nice touch that they used call display and asked if we wanted the same as usual. Nice, except they have now screwed up the last three orders. We have always immediately called them back to let them know of their error. We forgave them the first time. No one is perfect. The second time we let them know of the mistake but we were hungry so ate the incorrect order except for one piece which we returned to prove it was incorrect. We got a "what does it matter" for our troubles. This time we have received a snotty attitude like we were looking for a free order! (had one bite and gave the incorrect order back to the driver!). And this last time, we waited over two and a half hours from the original call to get the correct order. We are done with...

This kid on the phone had to put me on hold 4 times when I had a question about gluten free crust. I was put on hold so he could ask if they had a crust, to which I was told the crust was gluten free, but the pizza is not. So I asked what had gluten in it, and he put me on hold to ask, then I got the answer "everything". I then got put on hold to find the answer of what size the crust came in. He just kept saying "uhhhhh" on the phone. I finally gave uo and just put the order rhrough with my famikys pizza and nothing for myself. If it wasnt too hot to cook right now, i would have scrapped the whole order. Wont be ordering...
