McDonald's — Restaurant in South Huron

Poor service from young staff that are not well experienced in understanding what business is about and dealing with public requests. Example. My favorite thing at McDonalds is the caramel sundae. I drive around southern Ontario every day and stop at McDonalds being convenient, for this special treat which I enjoy. The store in Exeter is a regular stop. Drive in or walk-in is a choir to order my treat. I ask for a caramel sundae. Peanuts. Can you put small amount of the caramel topping on the bottom please. I do not ask for extra just enough so as you enjoy the ice cream and caramel when you are nearing the bottom. All other locations understand. 3xeter location, particularly a young female, no name for now, charges for this extra. The extra charges are added for the caramel on the bottom. The young female is to young and inexperienced in understanding what I asked after several tried to make her understand that all I want is a little of the caramel on the bottom of the cup. Simple order. Duh??

After revisting again, same order, I noticed from same server, my requests were given about the icecream sundae.

Tried the "revamped" Big Mac and was not impressed. I enjoyed them as a kid and was hoping with some improvements to the way they prepared their flagship sandwich it would make me a fan again but unfortunately I was just as unimpressed even with it being on sale for $3. The taste of McDonald's food products has been on a steady decline for some time now so I was thinking this would be their time to shine with an amazing burger but based on my experience I feel like this whole revamped Big Mac is a gimmick. A note on the service at the store - The cashier was in training and did a great job considering the place was a zoo from the $3 big Mac deal. The order took a moment or two. It seemed like the restaurant was packed with employees but their main focus was on Drive Through while the order que inside was getting increasingly longer and longer. Fortunately someone finally took charge, triaged the orders and started pushing out the simple orders. Over all the service was ok but the taste of the burger reinforced my opinion on how bad Micky D's food...

For fast food, which I hate and had to go here, had been away all day.

The first review #terrible they got the whole order wrong, and I couldn't eat my food due to dietary restrictions. they never even read their own order form. Plus my mother who drove us to the city and back got her food it was cold like it was made for another customer who didn't get it, so it was just like it was sitting out waiting for the next person to order that burger. She could not eat her meal either!!! We were so disappointed; I never wanted to go back. I never got money back or even worse than that we didn't get the compensation for the meals we had to throw out. I am simply disappointed, plus wasted funds while I had to go and buy more stuff for dinner. My poor mom was starving, and this made her even more hangry.

If this gets fixed, I will change my review...
