Last week my husband and I placed an order. Lady seemed off when taking our order. I listened to 1 of the employee's share their unhappiness with all the other employee's and me. She was very angry that other employees were moving things and taking off her labels she put on the shelves. The employees that were on that night. Said it must have been day staff. They didn't know anything about. She went on and on with her unhappiness. This went on for over 5 min. Then she realized I hadn't gotten all my food and was still standing there. I feel that due to her bi$%!ing at the other employee's they forgot to make a buger for our order. She was still displaying her unhappiness when I was walking out the door. This kind of thing should be done when NO customers are in the store and probably to the right people. I did not want to listen to this, nor did the other employee's that didn't do it. My fries were cold and nasty bc they were the first thing in my bag. This situation could of been handled a lot better by the employee. I felt she was a manager or something. Better judgment...
   Read moreOriginally I gave 1 star, but the situation was rectified by the manager after a quick phone call. She was very nice about the whole thing, and very accommodating. Overall, I'll walk away with a funny story.
I've never had an order messed up so badly. We were waiting quite a while at the window in drive thru and when the woman showed up she said "sorry, I didn't realize the other vehicle left". My husband ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, only lettuce and ketchup. His sandwich had everything on it (not unusual honestly). But I ordered the asiago ranch club. I got the ghost Pepper chicken sandwich instead. Let me tell you, it was extremely surprising after I took my first bite. They somehow managed to not put tomato on it, like how I asked, but not even the right sandwich! We had the kids and were starving, and on a mission, so we didn't turn around and go back, but I wish I had. $27 and change for 2 sandwiches we could barely eat (my husband HATES mayo, and my sandwich was sooooo spicy).    Read moreI used to work here and in the years Ive been gone, I don't know what the heck happened to staff or management that the service has gotten so sloppy. Performance and food is still excellent, but here is my complaint otherwise:
I have been ordering literally the most BASIC burger on your guy's menu - the baconator - and it doesn't matter if I'm personally there ordering or not, I have noticed a trend of receiving the incorrect burger numerous times and these have been on OUT orders, not in dining orders, and I live 15 minutes out of town.
My baconators have been dave's singles/doubles almost 5 or 6 times now, and while we try to make it a habit to check the order before we leave, it isn't always a thought and you guys have a responsibility to ensure the order is correct before serving it.
You guys seriously need to do better, because Im more than positive that if my SIMPLE baconator has been traded for a dave's this many times, that you have also messed up other's orders but they have simply not spoken...
