One Star (because zero isn't an option) Iâve been a regular customer at this Tim Hortons for a long time, but the experience over the past month has been extremely disappointing. They have consistently gotten my orders wrongâespecially the coffeeâand when I try to get it corrected, Iâm met with rude and unprofessional behavior. One particular incident stood out: after receiving the wrong drink, I went inside to get it fixed. Instead of offering help, the staff argued with me. The girl who made the coffee insisted it was correct, even though I explained that Iâm the one drinking it and I know what I ordered. Her response? She told me I could go somewhere else if I didnât like it. Thatâs not how you treat loyal customers. A few days later, I returned hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, the same staff recognized me and continued to treat me poorly. They told me to try the coffee to âsee if itâs right,â but it was far too hot to even sip. Despite this, they stood there making comments about how I "always complain," with the manager present and doing nothing to stop or correct the behavior. Itâs incredibly frustrating and disheartening to be treated like this. I go to Tim Hortons for consistency and good serviceânot to be disrespected. This location really needs to take customer feedback seriously and train their staff on basic courtesy and...

I have never experienced such unbelievably poor customer service in my life, and I am truly shocked that this happened at a place like Tim Hortons. We went to the drive-thru late at night, simply asked for a freshly brewed tea, and what we got in response was beyond unacceptable.
The lady working the drive-thru didnât just refuse politely â instead, she rudely snapped, saying: âIf you want fresh tea, go home and make it yourself.â Excuse me? Thatâs the kind of attitude being served to paying customers now? She followed up with, âWe already have fresh tea, I made it. Iâm not going to make another one.â
She couldâve easily said, âWe just brewed it recently,â or something respectful â but no, she chose to speak to us like we were asking for a favor, not making a simple, polite request. Iâm completely devastated and furious at this kind of treatment. Since when did asking for a freshly made item â something many customers regularly request â become offensive to Tim Hortons employees?
The attitude, tone, and delay in service were absolutely terrible. The night staff at this location clearly do not care about customers. If the staff are so frustrated, tired, or unhappy in their roles, they should not be working in customer...
Read moreThis location was badly needed for Timmies lovers in SE Edmonton, and the baked goods are much fresher than the walk-in Walmart location nearby because theyâre mostly made on site. Sadly, the service is terrible. The location is overstaffed with under-competent people that donât listen or donât understand when taking orders, and then take forever to serve it, if they even remember before wandering off to do something else. Sit in the restaurant and watch the staff for 15 minutes if you have any management/service experience and youâll leave worrying about the future. The Timmies down the street at Parsons/Ellerslie has their act together, so head over there if you have the spare time. Very last note; the staff seem to be asked to push the sale of honey cruelers (cost cutting?!?!) as no matter what donut you order at the drive thru (even when you ask if they have the flavour beforehand), once youâre at the drive thru window they will lie to your face and tell you that honey cruelers are the only donut they have at the moment. When you ask again sternly, theyâll start listing what they actually have (or you can park and walk in and find their display fully stocked with every donut variety). This has happened minimum 5 times in the last 3 weeks, so something has changed in the training or...
