Boss Pizza & Bar — Restaurant in Southeast

Order 2 10 inch pizzas and 10 wings. The pizza was maybe a 1 out of 10. No wings sent. So for 53 dollars they sent me two 10 inch trash pizzas and forgot my wings. Believe me when I say ORDER SOMETHING ELSE SOMEWHERE ELSE. It's insane at 3 am on a weds/thursday morning you cannot remember to fill the entire order. Given how gross the pizza is I know I will NEVER waste my time ordering food from here again. What a joke. BUYER BEWARE. As you can see by their response below they have zero accountability and clearly tell their customers that the food is good instead of hearing from the peoplewho eat their garbage. See how sad that is? Who are you to tell me if its good bud, the pizza was bad and gross. And no there was no wings at all. Instead of being accountable you respond like a petulant child and become defensive. BUYER BEWARE AS YOU CAN SEE THE LACK OF CARE HERE ON ANY LEVEL. For what I spent on this dumpster fire trash can food joint you can get real pizza from a place that doesn't lie, if the food is bad fixes it and is accountable. What an absolute JOKE of an owner. Tried ordering directly but had to use UBER because they didn't even have a DELIVERY DRIVER. I can imagine they didn't have one because they treat them as poorly as they do their customers. Thankfully because I used Uber the driver and I both reported the missing wings and rated them on there as well. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON THESE PEOPLE AND...

Very bad experience. They charge extra for the dine in.Moreover, They didn’t use gloves, put chicken on pizza with hands. Never use different knife for vegetarians. Never recommend to go boss pizza. Employ is in night suit there and they sit with us and cut veggies and watching television while we were eating. Never visit there.

Their decision maker called me and he doesn’t have manners how to talk with girls.Even he said to post a review.Moreover he said to do a complaint to Alberta health which I didn’t do. Placed the order for 1 medium pizza at 1:17am. We were told it would be a 25 minute wait. The person on the other end didn't ask for a name or phone no. for the order. Went in after 25 minutes. Person at the counter (seemed like the owner) looked too busy to even acknowledge people coming in, was constantly on the phone taking orders, and kept apologizing for the delay. I stood around for about 25 minutes along with a bunch of other people. Finally I had enough and went for a 10 min drive. I decided to come back hoping the pizza might magically appear. Instead they pulled out fresh new dough and asked me what toppings i wanted. I said I had waited an hour and didn't want to wait any longer, canceled my order and walked out. The smart thing for the manager to do would have been to stop taking calls for the dozens of orders that he kept on accepting over the phone and instead focus on the 10+ hungry customers waiting in the store.
