OPA! of Greece Harvest Pointe — Restaurant in Southeast

Love the food but I was disappointed in how dirty the store was today. There was no one else in the store when we arrived. The majority of the tables were dirty, spilled food under a table, chairs all about. The area where you self serve your pop had empty straw wrappers and looked like it had not been wiped down properly in a while. Do to having a guest with a wheel chair we had to choose a shorter table, all of which were dirty. When I asked the attendant if she could wipe the table down she did. However when I returned from the bathroom I could see she clearly just went through the motions of the wiping and didn’t actually “clean” the table. There was smudge and sticky still on the table. I used a paper napkin to attempt to finish the job properly with the wet left behind. However once I sat down on a sticky chair and noted the one next to me had food on it I asked for the cloth again. You can see on the pop machine etc they are wiping but not cleaning. Just going through the motions and doing bare minimum to say they did. It’s unfortunate because I am sure the owners take pride in the restaurant, but you need to install that in your staff. Seems clear to me that they simply didn’t take pride in what they were doing. We will be back and hope the space is...

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this particular OPA! location. The chicken skewer I ordered was hard and overcooked, making it almost inedible. The rice was bland, and the Greek salad was a major letdown. It had only one olive, no real flavor, and was excessively oily. To make matters worse, they didn't use real feta cheese—it was dry, and only a small dash was sprinkled on top.

I know this isn't representative of OPA as a whole because my workplace often orders catered meals from OPA and the food is always much better. However, this specific location fails to meet those standards.

In the past, I've also tried their Caesar salad, but it's often wilted, the dressing lacks any garlic flavor, the parmesan lacks flavor and the croutons are the worst. Resulting in a poor tasteless salad.

Given these repeated disappointments, I will not be returning to this OPA! location. I hope they improve their quality and service to match the excellent experiences I've had with their catered meals or at other Opa locations...

Went here today and ended up cancelling my order and leaving. They tried to over charge me compared to other OPA restaurants and the guy tried to argue with me about it. They weren't cooking the meat for the gyro properly either, she pulled it out of a drawer and it looked grayish white and put it on the grill. It's supposed to be sliced off the meat stick which they weren't even using. When I said to just cancel my order and give me back my money the guy tried to tell me he wasn't going to give me my money and too bad. I had to threaten to dispute the charge with MasterCard as fraud before had give me back my money. I will never step foot in this place again, they are running a scam and aren't using proper food safe techniques. I give it until the end of the year before...
