A Hidden Gem in Squamish In every corner of Green Olive, and in every dish —whether it is a breakfast plate, a sandwich, or a sweet treat -– you can see and taste the owners’ commitment to perfection and excellence. The ingredients speak for themselves: always fresh, organic, and of exclusive quality, with many products shipped directly from Europe, such as their extra pure olive oil and authentic spanakopita. The staff is absolutely wonderful, warm and ultra attentive. Today, I enjoyed a tiramisu with my coffee, and I must say: I do not take coffee lightly. And don't forget a latte to go!
Seriously, this place...

Loads of good hummus, arugula, and some figs and olives on an soft loaf of pita.If this was my first experience I probably would not have returned. I highly recommend the Green Olive for their full...
