A Hidden Gem in Squamish In every corner of Green Olive, and in every dish —whether it is a breakfast plate, a sandwich, or a sweet treat -– you can see and taste the owners’ commitment to perfection and excellence. The ingredients speak for themselves: always fresh, organic, and of exclusive quality, with many products shipped directly from Europe, such as their extra pure olive oil and authentic spanakopita. The staff is absolutely wonderful, warm and ultra attentive. Today, I enjoyed a tiramisu with my coffee, and I must say: I do not take coffee lightly. It has to be outstanding, or I simply cannot drink it. Green Olive is the place to enjoy a proper espresso. The tiramisu was beyond words (and the image doesn’t do it justice either): the cream felt dreamy, and the flavor elegant and refined.

Just perfect. ...

This my favourite spot in Squamish for a quick bite or to grab a sandwich to enjoy on a hike in the area. But I warn you it's hard not to eat the warm sandwich as soon as you get it. There's lots of seating inside or in the sunny patio while admiring the grand Chief. I love all the plants too, which add a very earthy vibe.

There is an assortment of choices for all diets, including even some gluten-free options! But double check if you're celiac since I'm not sure about cross contamination. You really can't go wrong with any of the sandwiches but my favourite are are veggie or the spicy Italian.

There's also a variety of specialty Italian groceries you can grab while you wait for your food.

The service is always friendly and cheerful.

And don't forget a latte to go!

Seriously, this place...

Had their full veggie sandwich to take for Slhanay and the Chief and it was hands down, the best sandwich I've ever had mountain top or not. The eggplant, tomatoes, arugula, artichokes, pesto, walnuts and fantastic bread came together into a blissful experience. Even the kraft paper and twine wrap they used was a perfect touch to an already virtuous sandwich. My first experience inspired me to return, where having their green olive sandwich was good but noting to write homeabout. Loads of good hummus, arugula, and some figs and olives on an soft loaf of pita.If this was my first experience I probably would not have returned. I highly recommend the Green Olive for their full...

This place is truly a great stop !! We came in for sandwiches / coffee and left with 3 amazing sandwiches tied beautifully with twine (had a croissant sandwich , a traditional which was the FAV of ours and then a sweeter one with Brie , prosciutto and pear) each of them was amazing !! Had a misto, a London fog and a feature latte and each of us were stoked on our drink and then went back up to the till to get 3 sweets as they also looked amazing , banana bread, a coconut peanut butter ball , and then a cardamon black pepper twist was was so unique and somehow sweet and savory and spicy all tied together - we will definitely be coming back !!

Cute spot. I like the food options and that everything is fresh. Lots of gluten-free options. I like the eclectic vibe. And the place was clean, including the washroom. I was excited to try a sandwich. Unfortunately, just as I was ordering, they told me that they’re closing early (in a few minutes) and no longer making sandwiches. Kind of strange of them to let me peruse the menu for a few minutes directly in front of them without telling me that first. I was able to try an iced latte, which tasted good (after having to ask for a straw myself). Overall, great ambiance, good coffee, ok service. I hope to try it out again sometime.
