Finally, Squamish gets a high quality, authentic, Japanese restaurant (and reasonably priced, OMG). I have eaten at every Japanese restaurant in Squamish and Manpuku Sushi is by far the best. Don't let the "hole-in-a-wall" mom & pop decor fool you, there is excellent food (and service) that comes from this shop. Their menu offers up some unique items not commonly found in typical North American Japanese restaurants and of course they have the usual items as well. Well made, timeless, traditional dishes and not just trendy rolls that are stuffed with every hipster ingredient popular this second.
Highly recommend this place but to be honest...I'd rather you not go there so I can have the restaurant to myself and not wait in some ridiculous line that is so common in Squamish restaurants that are actually good...but then they'd go out of...
