Panago Pizza — Restaurant in Squamish

Panago and The Squamish location went above and beyond tonight. I called in with a special request, that they normally don’t do… I have a friend that is in hospice and passing away. Her family is there with her and I wanted to make sure that they were fed as the hospital cafeteria was closed. Normally, Panago doesn’t take payment over the phone… I explained the situation and they completely understood and put me through to a supervisor. They also did the due diligence of calling the location to make sure that they were still open. The Squamish location was hoping to close early. But, Upon hearing the situation, they decided to stay open to fill the order.

In such a heartbreaking time, people came together to take care of people.

Worst panago service I’ve ever had.

Wasted an extra hour waiting for my pizza when I was told it would be ready in 20 minutes. I was told to wait outside in the rain and that my pizza would be ready in 10 minutes. Well this cycle repeated 4 times till 40 more minutes had passed... came back in for the last time to check and they said they’re placing my pizza in the oven right now 😂 If they could have been upfront with me I wouldn’t have wasted all that time.

I have ordered pizza from here several times, and have always ordered the same thing. There was an issue with the website and the wrong pizza got ordered - a pizza that wasn’t vegan. When I called and explained and asked for a replacement they refused. I explained that I’ve given them a ton of business and they still refused. I am disgusted by a company that cares so little for its repeat clients. I will never order from here again, and will tell everyone I know not to...
