Very good pizza. At least as good as the average thin crust takout places like Blaze ans Famosa. Not in the league of the best pizza shops like Tony's, Sepps, or Reggazi, but pretty good. I had the 11 inch medium, meat lovers on the Cauliflower crust. Besides keto they also have gluten-free crust. Both are a 3 dollar surcharge but well worth it. The cauliflower crust is great and tastes just like regular wheat crust. Decent quality toppings made for a tasty treat.
The fast fire name is a little misleading, it takes 15 to 20 minutes. Also, it isn't really wood fired; heat for the flame in the oven comes from natural gas.
There are a few places to eat inside, two 2 person tables and 4 stools at a counter, but not great atmosphere as it is primarily set up to be take out. I always eat in because I like my food fresh and hot out of the oven. Would...
Read moreOrdered pizzas and wings, and enjoyed all of it. Pizzas have a light crust that is pillowy and crisp, and toppings are added and prepared well. Heartburn factor? None. -And both pizzas were tomato based. The salt and pepper wings were also plump and crisp. Everything reheated exceptionally well in the air fryer for round 2. I would...
Read moreWe were super excited to try this place out cause there is nothing like pizza done in a brick oven. To say the least this was the worst pizza we have ever received from take out. We ordered two medium traditional pizzas and one large specialty pizza. On all three pizzas there was little to no flavor, the crusts were soggy from about halfway to the tip and the toppings on our specialty pizza would not stay on. I will add on a good note, the place was clean, well organized and the staff was fairly...
