The morning crew at this Tim Hortons location has always been exceptional, especially under the leadership of Assistant Manager Marivic. She consistently greets customers with a warm smile and ensures that orders are accurate and handled efficiently. Honestly, the way she manages the busy morning and lunch rush, I initially assumed she was the restaurant manager. However, a few days ago, I had a disappointing experience with someone I believe is the actual restaurant manager—he was the only one on the floor in formal attire. He handed me an order that had already been opened and unwrapped by another customer. I witnessed the entire situation and waited to see how he would handle it. Unfortunately, he still gave me the compromised order, which is a serious lapse in basic food safety and handling. Read moreI recently visited Horton Tir and had the most disappointing experience due to the staff and manager. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I tried to ask a question about my order the receptionist seemed irritated and gave me curt, unhelpful answers.
Things only got worse when I had an issue with my order. The server messed up my meal and when I brought it to their attention, they were dismissive and acted as if it was my fault. I asked to speak to the manager, hoping for a resolution, but that turned out to be an even bigger mistake.
The manager was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, they were condescending and dismissive. They refused to take any responsibility for the mistakes and suggested that I was being unreasonable for expecting a basic level of service.

Read moreEDIT: I've been coming here ever since it opened and it's been amazing. But ever since September 2021, the service at night has been horribly slow. I'll order a coffee and have to wait 5 minutes at the window even though they have no other orders.
God help you if there's people infront of you at the drive thru. 10 minute wait time minimum. Just for a coffee.
Not sure what's going on there but when Karen or Allen are on their own, everything runs smoothly. In and out no issues. When they have the team of two working, it's a long wait time for the simplest thing like a coffee or doughnut because they're too busy chatting.
