I am beyond upset with my service at this location. I arrived with three cars ahead of me in the drive through, and it was almost a 35 minute wait. Even though I gave myself 15 extra minutes, I ended up late for work. I had no way out of the drive though to abandon my order because I was out of time. When I got to the window, I expressed my frustration. The excuse I got was that they were backed up because of all the mobile orders they had to complete. This is absolutely not acceptable. I was very late for an important meeting and it really negatively impacted my day. Any other drive through would have moved the cars out to wait for their order so that people could leave the drive through. The store should have procedures in place to ensure their customers can trust that they are conscientious about their time. I was not compensated at all or offered any solution, and after all that, my coffee and food was cold. I am a regular customer that visits at least three times a week, and have been there since the store opened. I have periodically had to wait for 15 minutes, but never this bad. I do have to say I am at my most disappointment with them and Bobby Jo. When you have a regular customer that spends at least $6 or more there once maybe twice a day you'd think the owner would have a better attitude towards you. Especially when the staff(I should that use to all be there) know what your drink is. When you tell a customer that this is what you are charging her and decide to be extremely rude you wonder why one your staff is leaving and two losing regulars you'd think the consideration and respect from the owner would be a lot more respectful. People now a days go to social media and let people know what kind of experience they have with places now a days. December 2022 Thomas was unhappy, unfriendly person to take our order today, againđ I remember him from last visit in September 2022, I was asking if I could get my free drink for my birthday since I live 4 hours away from the city and no Starbucks there (and I couldnât come back to the city since I had to work). Thomas was not smiling but being very serious and told me straight to my face âNO WE CANâT DO THAT.â I was not trying to steal a drink but just wanted to get my birthday drink since the other lady did that for me the other year when I explained my situation.
