Fatburger St Albert — Restaurant in St. Albert

This is, by far the best Fat Burger I have ever been to. I live in Edmonton and actually drive to St. Albert because of the qaulity product that they serve at this location. The service is also very, very good. It's a fairly large restaurant with really nice, comfortable seating. I ended up discovering this location quite by accident. I was trying to go to Earls which is located in the same complex, but there was an hour long wait for a seat. So, we thought we'd just grab something quick and went to this Fat Burger location. By the end of my meal, I think I had a better burger and fries here than I would have had at Earl's and for less than half the cost. The burger was great from the fresh bun to the quality toppings. The fries were cooked perfectly. Crispy, not greasy and their gravy was excellent. Service was really, really good and the restaurant was exceptionally clean. It's worth the drive to this Fat Burger for an experience you won't have...

Discusting. Greeted with three consecutive sneezes by server with no washing after. Server had gloves on the whole time I was there ( the same gloves ). During the time I was there (are in restraint), this included taking orders handling food (assemble burgers with letter etc, cleaning tables, handling trash and repeat. As glove are worn there is no hand washing for server staff. You order is then placed on a table for you to pick up yourself. You then have to go back to ask for napkins ad utensils as they give you one or none and yet then it's passed to you directly. This is when you can see into kitchen and see the food being touched with the same gloves. If ever there was a way to spread a virus this is it. Wonderd why customers had wet hands and found out why when you wash hand in wash room there is nothing to dry with after. Never checked for T.P. but would not be surprised if there was none. Way to go St....

My first time to eat here in this branch and that will be the last. My 14 month old child likes fries and burger so i decided to order something to go. I ordered chilidog with cheese and angus burger meal. I've waited around 20 mins. I saw the tall guy preparing our burger without gloves (he just came outside cleaning the table without washing his hands). He put my meal in a very small paper bag and the chilidog sauce is dripping. There was no fries and no drink at all. I told the girl cashier to kindly wrap my meal properly. I really got upset and approached the asian guy to kindly change my order as i saw his colleague preparing our meal without washing his hands. He apologized and told me he would make another one. Iv waited for another 10 mins and when i arrived home, the food they gave me was not i ordered. There is a chilidog without cheese and the fries was half cooked. Terrible...
