This is a wonderful, quaint coffee shop (a real gem) that offers homemade pastries that are to die for - hand made chocolates, fresh sandwiches, fresh (substantial) salads, AND they even have the quintessential British style “Afternoon Tea” (Canadian's incorrectly call it High Tea) - a perfect blend of delicious treats and sophistication that are seriously worth trying (trust me, we're British and it's fabulous!). We ordered the Mont Blanc cake (which you have to order 24 hours in advance) - you will NOT be disappointed. The owner is quite clearly an award winning pastry chef yet this coffee shop offers a very relaxing, comfortable atmosphere in which to enjoy an array of teas & coffees, or a healthy/tasty lunch, or a tasty sweet treat that leaves you wanting to go back and sample more of the delights. I can confidently say that Macaroon and Goodies is the best pastry shop in town. For years, I have trusted them with all my birthday cake needs, and they never disappoint.

I had the pleasure of working with Fadoua, who is not only incredibly nice but also very helpful and patient. She went above and beyond to ensure that my little one's birthday cake was nothing short of perfection.

Fadoua listened attentively to our preferences and ideas, turning them into a delightful reality. The cake she crafted was not only visually stunning but also tasted heavenly. My family and I were blown away by her talent and dedication.

Our experience for High Tea started off mediocre. No menu provided, instead we needed to walk into the other room and pick a tea off of the wall and Macaron from the placard. The tea selection was the same that one would see in any grocery store, decent quality but inadequate for a $50/seat experience. It turned disapointing when we found several small, live bugs on one of our plates. When we informed the chef/owner, she was defensive and deflected blame instead of taking ownership of the mistake.🚩 When we asked about rincing the greens in the sandwich, even though they come pre-rinced from Costco, she told us that it would ruin the quality of them... 🚩 We were given an extra dessert and $25 gift card as compensation.
