We found Carmen and Brittney at Concept after coming to the realization that my wife and I were not going to find our ideal rings (natural ruby) at off-the-shelf jewelry stores and that a custom creation was needed.

Carmen, Brittney and the Team at Concept worked with closely with us to design, model and finally bring our vision to life. The entire process was conducted in an extremely professional and friendly atmosphere where our needs (design, materials, budget, timelines) were carefully considered. The process, start to finish, was transparent and it was evident early on that there was a genuine appreciation for quality and complete customer satisfaction. Status updates, design changes and mock-ups were communicated in a timely matter and without delay.
