Mucho Burrito Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in St. Albert

The service at the St. Albert location is underwhelming. It's not horrible, but it's not great. The 2 visits I've had were both with 2 different employees behind the counter, and in both instances, it was very obvious that they did not have any interest in taking pride in their work (a.k.a. basic Customer Service). Please acknowledge someone when they simply say thank you. It doesn't take much for a reasonable two word response: You're welcome! They need some training on customer service.

(Also, regularly sliced red onion is not the same as 'pickled onions'... don't try to pass it off as something it's not) I'd rather drive 15 minutes in the opposite direction to a nearby location in North Edmonton, where they feel like they want you to be a customer. I ordered a bowl and only bothered to eat half of it. I was very disappointed. The rice was well overcooked, the peppers were soggy, and the bowl wasn’t even filled up. I asked for crispy onions and all I got was some little specs of deep fried batter. I’m not sure there were really onions in there at all. It was the furthest thing from ‘fresh tasting’. To my surprise, it was also nearly $14! The only positive was their spicy salsa as it had a good heat level and was quite tasty. I’m a Bar Burrito regular but decided to give this place a shot. To be clear this did happen however the restaurant location tat responded to me was the incorrect one. Not sure where the confusion was but I thought I was dealing with the Erin Ridge location and was not.

I ordered 3 plain tacos at around 230 this afternoon I got 3 loaded and called about the error I explained even the receipt said no extras and still it was wrong When I called the woman who answered the phone said it was due to new employees but she woud snd the correct order it was a skip the dishes call I might also point out they were ice cold Here it is three hours later and I still dont have tacos I would give negative stars if i could Find another...
