Swiss Chalet — Restaurant in St. Albert

The food was ok....very small portions at outrageous prices....1/2 of a very small chicken was $22 and a full rack of again small ribs length ways cut in half...about 12 ribettes was $42...omg I'm stupid for paying that but i promised the family.... it did come with soggy fries we put into the air fryer to crisp up but it sort of dehydrated them...and the bun was stale....it didn't even come with a drink... NEVER AGAIN.... do yourselves a favor....get a huge amount of fresh full size ribs 2 racks x 24 ribs from costco $26.00 and take the time to cook them yourselves.... and a whole bbq chicken for $8.99...

UPDATE...yes the snall portioned food was very tastey....and the staff were awesome, kind, and nice to me...she even apologized for the prices....that's not the issue.. the issue is the pricing... i understand that all restaurants had to increase their prices but this is ridiculous... anyway the survey you mentioned did not come with a link... thanks for replying though... it means...

The best part of the experience was the friendly smile of the Greeter.

The server Ngoc was extremely rude from the moment she came to the table. You could sense her frustration when we asked for additional time to place our order. Next, she was short with my daughter when she did not choose a side. Because angry and snippy. She was demanding for her to choose something. When I challenged her on it, she stormed away. Next, she shot us a look of disgust when she approached the table again to bring our perogies. Then my order was missing the salad with ranch that I asked for. Two of the three entrees came back with uncooked chicken (YES-it was raw; and I debated the fact with Management) and my daughter's dish...the food was burnt. So the Manager, didn't charge us for the food...but still made us pay for our drinks and the perogies... That's NOT the way to win...

Called for delivery tonight at 8:47 pm. Was told when I called back at 9:04pm to make sure sour cream was included that it was already picked up by the driver. If it didn't arrive by 9:37 it was free. I get a call seconds later saying they were sorry but they couldn't fill my order? I said I was just told it had left already. The guy checks says yes ok it was. At 9:39 I call back? As it hadn't shown up yet? Was placed on hold for 21 minutes by some woman who was trying to see what happened. Ended up hanging up and calling back. Only to find out they never even made my order. Apparently I have a full credit for next time I call? Which seems pointless because if they didn't bother making my meal tonight why would they next time? Not to mention a hour and 20 Mins I sat starving waiting wasting my time and now no where else is...
