Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in St. Catharines

Horrible customer service, after they screwed up my last TWO orders, I was promised a free pizza as a credit for my future order but I had to call in, not order online. So I did. The guy said that he's not doing it as it's not on my profile. Which is insane to me, the lack on communication at the store..... I was going to order elsewhere but later this evening, my friend wanted dominos....my order took almost an hour and they blamed ME because my friends phone number is on my profile and not mine. Apparently they had to call because they didn't understand my EXTREMELY easy, step by step instructions for the delivery. "Use front door, go downstairs, my unit is #1 please do not knock". The building has 6 units, it's tiny. Not that hard to understand. I called after like 45 mins to see what the problem was and he went on about the phone number "issue". He said he can't do anything for me because I'm the one that didn't have the correct number on my order, and that they didn't do anything wrong. Apparently I wasn't clear enough in the instructions so my delivery was cancelled. He said that I "can wait" another 20 mins for a new order. Very demanding and not apologetic at all. I'm STILL expected to pay for it too. This is unbelievable. Rude. Zero co operation....3rd times the charm, NOT!!

Edit got my food, very friendly delivery driver. I had asked if I could have extra sauce on my pizza and it most definitely does not, if it has any at all....

The worst experience ordering from a Dominos location that I've ever had. I ordered 2 pizzas, one with cheese and pepperoni, and the second was cheeseless with steak, chicken, and roasted red peppers(cheeseless because I have an allergy).

When I first walked in, the kid working was alone and clearly miserable(having to work on Family Day). I made a couple jokes and tried conversing with him while my pizza was being made but he didn't respond even once, so I just let him do his thing. After I paid and left, I didn't check if my order was right, because it usually is at other locations, so when I got home I found out my cheeseless order had cheese on it. Naturally I called in to ask if this could be rectified, to which the very same kid answered and just gave me a hard NO, saying I should just re-order.

So now I'm sitting here, my daughter and her friends are eating their pepperoni pizza while my steak, chicken, and roasted red pepper pizza goes to waste because I literally cannot eat it.

I wont be ordering from this...
