Unprofessional behavior and horrible customer service.

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding an experience I had at your location on Thursday, July 24. I walked in hoping to purchase some fresh juice, but was instead met with extremely unprofessional behavior from one of your employees. As soon as I entered, the employee approached me in a loud and abrupt tone, saying, “WHAT CAN I DO FOR YOU?” I asked if I could get some fresh juice, and she responded dismissively, “Juice? What juice?” I pointed to the sign that clearly mentioned “juice bar,” and she replied angrily, “No fresh juice, only refrigerated juice, that’s what we have.” Her tone was hostile and dismissive, and I felt as though she had no interest in helping me or selling me anything at all.

I was shocked by her attitude and felt extremely uncomfortable. It seemed like she wanted me to leave rather than assist me as a customer. Due to how she spoke to me, I felt disrespected and walked out of the store without making a purchase.

Happies is hands down one of my favorite spots in town! I go literally every day, and for good reason. Their smoothies are always fresh, flavorful, and packed with good stuff—perfect for a morning boost or a midday pick-me-up. The bowls and wraps are equally amazing—super tasty, healthy, and always made with quality ingredients.

The staff are friendly, fast, and always make you feel welcome. You can tell they genuinely care about what they’re serving and the experience they’re creating. Whether you’re health-conscious or just want something delicious and satisfying, Happies never disappoints.

This place is on another level, everything tastes incredible, nothing but the best (healthy) food and beverages to choose from. Love the bottle return program. What nutrients we introduce into our bodies can and will make substantial differences, that's exactly why being a customer leaves me feeling better each time. The merch is fashionable, the drinks refreshing, the food is healing, they also carry a few products on the side for additional health boosts.
