Seeing the great reviews, me and the wife went in for lunch today. We were the first ones in for lunch.

Ordering was a weird experience. I asked if I could have a lucknowi chicken biriyani. They have lucknowi veg biriyani and a generic chicken biriyani. The server looked puzzled. When i asked if she could ask the chef, she reulctantly did so and said no.

I then asked if they could make any curryp without chilli powder. I have a condition that causes me to be sick (stomach cramps and diarrhea) if a food gas too much chilli powder. She said this was not possible

They have chicken Korma on the menu. Usually korma is typically a sweetish creamy nutty curry, not meant to be hot at all. So i ordered that. It came out very very spicy, and I am of indian descent; i can handle heat quite well. They had made the dish with a lot of chilli powder. The food did make me sick, but that is just because of my condition.

With the korma i ordered garlic naan, which was OK. Not the best.

Other strange things to note: the cloth napkins on the plates had a very musty smell. I had to ask for paper napkimg there seed to be a layer of dust over the black table cloths

Overall, i know they are still figuring things out as a new business. But i find hard to believe that a place with 4.8* reviews would be so disappointing. Makes me wonder if the rest of the reviews are real.

I wohld like to believe that my experience today was an outlier. I will try again in a year hoping they improve. But i will stay clear.of there curries as my stomach cant handle that level of...

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Unforgettable Dining Experience at Khas Patti!

Khas Patti in Niagara Falls is truly a hidden gem for authentic Indian cuisine. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed by the staff, who went above and beyond to ensure a fantastic dining experience. The hospitality here is top-notch, and it feels like dining with family.

The food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the butter chicken, which was rich and creamy, and the freshly baked naan, which was perfectly soft and fluffy. Every dish was full of bold, authentic flavors, clearly made with high-quality ingredients and traditional recipes. They also have great options for vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions.

What truly sets Khas Patti apart is their exceptional customer service. The staff, specially Jasmine was attentive, friendly, and genuinely cared about making sure we enjoyed our meal. It’s rare to find a place that blends outstanding food with such heartfelt hospitality.

If you’re in Niagara Falls and craving authentic Indian cuisine, Khas Patti is a must-visit! I’ll definitely be coming...

Amazing food . True Indian flavours !!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Khas Patti and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. Chef Sanjay's culinary creations left me utterly satisfied.

Dishes we ordered :

Kadhai Chaap Paapdi Chat Samosa Masala Tea - Amazing ! Tawa Chicken Chilli garlic naan Strawberry Kulfi - Loved this one ! Gajar Ka Halwa - Delicious!

What truly made the experience exceptional was when Chef Sanjay took the time to visit our table. Their personal touch and genuine passion for their craft were evident as they shared insights about the dishes and engaged with us about our dining experience.

I also want to commend the attentive service - which added to the overall enjoyment of the evening.

Thank you, Chef Sanjay! Your passion for food shines through in every dish, and I can't wait to return for another culinary...

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. I was shown a BOGO offer for soya chaap biryani from the St. Catharines branch, but when I placed the order, I only received one. When I called the restaurant for clarification, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive, insisting there was no such offer. Even after I shared a screenshot as proof, they repeatedly disconnected my call instead of trying to resolve the issue. Eventually, the manager, Sanjay, came on the line and, instead of handling the matter professionally, started shouting at me. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior. Mistakes or miscommunications can happen, but the way customers are treated matters the most—and here, the lack of respect and responsibility from the staff left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on this experience.

I am a regular customer. Today I had the worst experience ever. The guy at reception packed my food wrong and the bag gravy spilled all over the bag and the bag tore apart spilling food on road and the moment I called him, first sentence came out of his mouth was “nothing we can do about it” A typical rude guy with a typical mind set, he never thought twice before being so insensitive that someone’s dinner is ruined.. shame on you!!! Never coming back… Update: I see you have mentioned about my wife’s feedback and also replied to that feedback that its fake. I just want to clarify and make you understand that people generally eat with family and friends and if the experience is poor for 1 person, it is equally bad for others in that group. So please refrain yourself from such response and expect bad review from each member of that group.

It was a delight to walk into this restaurant. Firstly this opens late and timings are convenient. Secondly the way I was greeted was very welcoming. Lastly, the food was scrumptious and mouth watering. Menu has plenty of vegetarian options. I ordered malai paneer and it was delicious. Food is served with rumali roti which is very fulfilling. Good quantity and decent prices. Ambience is very relaxing and music is good. Plenty of space inside and even when it is full, it doesn't appear to be crowded. Dessert had multiple options. I ordered "dollar ki chaat" which is a creative wordplay and delicious dish. It is a family owned restaurant and owner is the chef himself. I believe when a chef opens a restaurant he puts all his heart and experience into the menu. Definitely a must visit restaurant. Thank You.
