We as a family have eaten at the other Inchin location in Niagara Falls and had a good experience with the service and food. This location on the other hand was SO disappointing. The person taking our order had such poor attitude and it felt like he was doing us a favour by serving us or was giving us a free meal. We ordered the Malai Kofta - a dish we have had since childhood AND has the word Malai in it. It is supposed to be mildly spiced and on the sweeter side but this one was so ridiculously spicy and when I tried to tell him about it, he cut me off before I could finish and said “this is how its supposed to be”. We ordered this dish for my father who had oral surgery recently and cannot have spicy food. My husband and I can tolerate a very good level of spice and even we found it very spicy. The Spring Rolls were taken out of the freezer and refried and the papad was half cooked. After telling another sever about our experience they didn’t end up charging us for the Malai kofta but that didn’t make up for the sour experience that server’s attitude left us with. Definitely won’t be returning and won’t be recommending. You’re in the hospitality business and we are not expecting free food. Please get your...
Read moreI recently dined at INCHIN INDIAN KITCHEN, and I must say, it was a culinary journey that delighted my taste buds. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by the enticing aroma of spices and flavors that transported me straight to India.
The food here is nothing short of exceptional. I tried the JODHPURI GATTA CURRY & BASIL CHICKEN, and it was an explosion of authentic Indian flavors. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the dish had that homemade touch that's often hard to find in restaurants. The quality of ingredients was evident, and each bite was a delight.
The menu offered a diverse range of options, making it tough to choose just one dish. I plan on returning to try more of their offerings. The service was friendly, and the ambiance had a warm and inviting feel, adding to the overall dining experience.
If you're a fan of Indian cuisine and crave the taste of delicious, well-prepared dishes, INCHIN’S INDIAN KITCHEN a must-visit. I left with a satisfied appetite and a craving to...
Read moreWe live nearby and were excited to see this business spring into life. Deeb was our server and he was perfect. Gracious, kind, professional. We had butter chicken for the young one, lamb vindaloo for me, and kadhai chicken for my partners (along with taja subzi masala, a variety of naan and rice for the table.) Wow! The butter chicken was absolutely succulent, (my teen was impressed), the kadhai was tender and incredible, and the lamb was spicy (as I requested) and SO delicious. The garlic, herb and butter naan was huge- the best we have ever tasted. Bigger portions and better food than Kolkata in my opinion; this is the best Indian food I have had in Niagara. The menu is big and exciting g and I can't wait to try more, now that I have tasted the quality! They are still renovating the place, which I give them credit for, eager to open and raring to go, but Deeb made us feel at home. Fantastic place; we will...
