I prefer Pie over Cake for my birthday. So this year my husband looked online for Pies to surprise me with and found Itty Bitty Pie Company. He had me meet him there, the owner was welcoming, knowledgeable, accommodating, and super nice. She understands us "Pie People" and our love of all things Pie! We bought a Buffalo Chicken mini pie and a Steak with Guinness mini pie for lunch. The crust was flaky and just enough to cover the filling, so perfect! Our mini pies were amazing, so full that we were both stuffed by the time of finishing our "pie." She had suggested putting blue cheese dressing with the Buffalo Chicken mini pie, which was perfect as it does have a bite to it. We ordered a Strawberry Cream Pie and a Coconut Cream Pie for tonight, which were delicious. My mother-in-law is very picky with her desert, and she loved the amount of whipped cream to custard in them. Everyone enjoyed them, saying they were the best ever! We will definitely be returning, can't wait to try more, and her vegan options are amazing!

Update: my 94yr Grandmother recently went in with her 98yr sister and 88yr brother and received a warm welcome. They enjoyed their trip to the store and haven't stopped raving about how good...

I contacted them through Facebook and they were very quick to respond. The person I dealt with was very kind and answered my questions. They were very accommodating as I had originally ordered for a Thursday and change it to the Saturday. I ordered 2 Banana Cream,2 Coconut Cream, 1 Cherry Cheesecake, 1 Lemon and 2 buttertarts. My husband was the person picking up the order and although the business was only opened until 3pm they allowed him to pick up at 3:30pm. Although I did appreciate them doing this for me I am left very disappointed. The order I received was not what I ordered. I ended up with 2 custard type, 2 chocolate which I am allergic to, 1 Cherry Cheesecake, 1 Cherry and 4 buttertarts. I contacted them through chat to let them know I think they gave us the wrong order. No reply. It said they weren't open until the Wednesday(this was Sat) so I thought maybe that was the delay in response even though I know they seen my message as I could see it in chat. No response. I messaged them again letting them know the order was all wrong. No response again. This is very poor customer service. I will never order from them again and will not recommend...
