I cannot remember the last time I received such bad service. What I usually like about Little Caesars is the convenience of the hot and READYS. How disappointed I was this past visit. I walked in and no one was there to greet me which was fine I understand that they are busy. They yelled to me just a moment, no problem, a moment means a minute tops right? Wrong. I waited for 10 minutes and they just kept yelling to me just a moment. I was already in a rush for I had to pick someone up from work in a few minutes. Meanwhile while I was waiting during these 10 minutes all you could hear were two employees in the back yelling at each other about in very rude terms. They were arguing and it was quite annoying and very unprofessional to hear. I do not want to have to listen to your arguments. Then I see an employee walk in from outside from their "smoke break". They were then yelled at to serve me. I ordered 2 hot and readys. After I payed I asked for free crazy bread because 1) your policy says on the sign that if they don't ask before you pay you get it for free and 2) I was waiting so long already and I had to listen to loud shouting so I thought that was the least they could do. Then the employee proceeds to tell me that I was lying and that she did ask me for crazy bread. I promise you she didn't for she was flustered from the yelling and she had just gotten back from her smoke break so I know her mind was elsewhere. After I insisted she didn't ask she sighed, and said FINE and rolled her eyes. At this point you can imagine my ultimate frustration. Then she tells me that the cheese pizza isn't ready and that I would have to wait an additional 10 minutes. If she had told me that before I paid I wouldn't have left but since I already payed for it I was forced to stay and wait. I am not exaggerating when I say that I waited for 20 minutes. Again this was for a hot and READY. Emphasis on READY. The yelling and arguing continued and it kept getting worse. Another customer came in and he said it was also ridiculous and expressed to me that he was also not impressed what so ever. Then finally after the 20 minutes I went to pay and low and behold they forgot to cook my crazy bread. So I had to wait AGAIN. Then after it was ready the lady who was doing most of the yelling brought it out to me and apologized which was nice of her, however. She then proceeded to tell me that if I had called instead or used this app this never would of happened. I could not believe they put the blame on me for coming into their restaurant. That should not make a difference to my experience and to my wait time. I never write these reviews but I was so mad when I got home. PLEASE if you want good customer service do not visit this establishment. It will take you 40minutes for something they advertise as a walk in, be accused of being the one in the wrong, and have to listen to arguing and yelling. Read moreIf I could give this Place zero stars I would. I worked there briefly a few years back, the place was filthy infested with bugs and mold, and the employees hygiene was concerning. I now do DoorDash and was there today (May 31st 2025 at 7:45pm) The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and extremely rude. First, she gave me the wrong drinks. I told her that they ordered Mountain Dew and not Pepsi and she rolled her eyes when I corrected her. She then proceeded to yell at me as I was leaving telling me to come back and put my order in the DoorDash bag.I calmly explain to her that I will be doing it in the car as I was parked right out front . I than Proceeded to leave the store, as I was leaving she then yelled for her manager in the back. He came out and was being very disrespectful getting in my face and screaming at me while I was trying to drive to do the order. He threatened to call the police because apparently I had “assaulted” his employees and it was all “on video” I told him he can go ahead and call and report me because I did nothing wrong. Matter of fact I was walking away from a potentially violent situation. He came at me with anger and honestly I was afraid that the situation would get worse. Instead of explaining that it is store policy to put the DoorDash order in the bag in front of the front desk lady, he came out and proceeded yell at me and saying he’s calling the police because I “assaulted his employees”. Food was horrible even the crazy bread so that was a bummer, and the young lady at the counter was extremely rude, mocked me the entire time because I had to ask for dip multiple times, after I pay and she doesn’t grab a dip I mention it for literally the 5th time and she yells at me because I didn’t pay for a dip, I’m confused why she didn’t add the dip when I asked multiple times, and then started mocking me, (the way a teenager does), when I’m speaking to her normally, it was extremely embarrassing for her. Then she tosses the debit machine at me it’s sideways on the counter, because I had to pay for the dip she for some reason couldn’t add after the first 4 times I asked separately, and in front of my 7 year old who was like “wow, what’s that persons problem”.
