I am so bummed. I haven't been here in years but I remembered it being my absolute favorite place for pizza. So of course now that im back in the area i had to order. Got a cheese and pep party tray tonight. What a disappointment. What happened?? Dough is flat and tough to chew. Sauce is abnormally acidic and spicy. Cheese is like rubber. I almost never leave bad reviews but I'm in shock right now. New owners or something???

I stopped at maestros for a tray because it was Halloween and needed something quick, I hadn’t eaten there in a while since it was sold to new owners but figured give it a try. Unfortunately the quality went down hill , cheese barely cooked and very soft and doughy . The price is very reasonable so hopefully it was just a busy day and they pulled the pizza out too soon.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Maestro's Pizzeria and I cannot recommend it. The pizza, which I suspect used frozen pizza crust, was the worst I have ever had, and I am pretty sure we got food poisoning from it. The facilities did not seem clean, which was concerning. Additionally, the prices were quite high for the quality of the food. There was a significant delay in pick-up time; the pizza was not ready when we arrived. It seems like the previous owner made a mistake by selling this place. The pizza had a strange taste, and the little sauce on it was terrible. The wings were incredibly dry, not editable at all. To top it off, I discovered that the owner keeps all the tips and does not share them with the hardworking employees who deserve them. Ordered a 24 slice with pepperoni, bacon, pineapple and extra cheese, as well as 2 pounds of wings “medium saucy” on a Friday night and asked for delivery.

First of all the the delivery of the pizza was very fast, 30-40 mins from the moment I got off the phone with my order, to my house. The pizza was absolutely delicious, just the right amount of toppings and texture as well as the thickness of the crust.

The wings were good as well as they came out as exactly how I ordered them.

I have not ordered from Maestros pizza in a couple years but I will be ordering from them more often...

Went in to pick up a party tray. First time ordering. Walked into a restaurant, saw how unhygienic their kitchen is. The soap dispenser was so dirty made me feel nauseous thinking about eating food from this place. Cancelled my order. Wont eat here its not sanitary.

Edit: response to the commend from the business - I came in and I told you I will not eat your food after seeing how unsanitary it was. Don't try to blame me for your lack of hygiene. Niagara health inspection recommended you to take measures you can see it on their website and the history of inspection of...
