Arpana is great to deal with loans, but the of the staff donāt seem competent in there work. Something that could have been easily explained in one phone call gets drawn 3-4 calls with having to reexplain myself.
Kaur didnāt not seem confident handling my situation, and details that should have been provided prior felt left out causing confusion. I will give him this, he was great on reminding 3-4 about how I get a payday loan before I left.
Please get your staff trained like Arpana, she is great with explaining everything detail, and up selling when the situation demand it. I DONT LIKE FINDING OUT ABOUT SURPRISE DETAILS...
