Went in order. my home fries came out before my sandwich came out then my husbands meal came out, still waited for my sandwich. I went up asked if it was coming or can I get a refund he said oh no it’s coming right now it came out and I tried a piece of tomato off of it and it tasted funny like it was bad or something. We told the guy and he said he’ll ask if they can make a new one. The lady came around the corner and said what’s wrong so I told her and she proceeded to tell me across the room that it’s a new tomato they just cut for it. I said well something taste off. So went and got the tomato and brought it out and told me it’s new and showed people around us the tomato. The cook came out ate the tomato said nothing wrong and they’ll make a new one. She told us they’ll make it without the “sauce” they use on them. Ok well 1. Tell people there not just mayo on there. There’s a sauce they make them selves. Very poor...
Read moreI will never return! Very disgusted. I went to this place today to get a wonton soup for takeout as I was told its comparable to country fresh in Niagara Falls. The soup wasn't bad until I got about 3/4s of the way through the soup. Now mind you I asked for no meat. What I found in this soup you'll see from the attached photos. Looks to me like some kind of birds cooked foot. If this is the type of meat that was suppose to come with the soup (even though I said NO MEAT) then is disgusting. Especially because I ate this soup not knowing this was in the bottom. The restaurant closed at 2pm otherwise I would of been bringing it back. My lunch was ruined and I feel sick to my stomach now. Hopefully this restaurant learns from this review as it could of been way worse had someone else had this happen to them or ate it not knowing or chocked on this. I will never return and will be spreading the word about...
Read moreNot going to lie. I have been a devotee of Country Fresh (in The Falls) and their wonton soup for as long as I can remember (at least since '97).
This wonton soup blows them out of the water. It is not even close. Every 2 weeks (payday), my fiancée and myself have a standing breakfast date, and we like to try new places, but... we're stuck on Mom's.
So, we love the #3 Breakfast. And since Thursdays are our night to hang out with friends, we grab a couple of takeout soups for after seeing our friends. For both breakfasts, coffee and 2 extra large soups, I think we paid 50$. Great value.
The eggs are properly cooked (ie not runny), the potato wedges are amazing, the bacon is crispy. I literally cannot say enough good things about this place.
Seriously fat kids (and not fat kids)... You need need NEED to check...
