Drove all the way from Brock to enjoy some Tom Yum Noodle Soup as a nice treat from studying, and unfortunately I was left extremely disappointed. I went in to order takeout from the lunch menu, which at the top states a choice of tofu/beef/chicken/veg or $2 extra for shrimp on the dishes. I got the Tom Yum Noodle Soup and asked for beef and was told chicken or tofu is standard otherwise it would be an up-charge. That's fine, so I stuck with chicken... even though the menu stated otherwise. Then I paid the $4.99 upgrade for one of the sides to be the summer salad roll and chose the spring roll as my second side. I opened the container to enjoy the summer salad roll and it was the smallest single roll cut into 3 small sushi size pieces. I could have ordered a separate full size order for almost the same price. In addition, the spring roll was not crispy whatsoever. The biggest disappointment was the soup I had been craving all week. There was 0 flavour. The cilantro was wilted in the bowl before even pouring the broth in, there wasn't even the slightest aroma of flavours at all. This was the most bland soup, with no essence of a Tom Yum whatsoever. Not even a slice of lime to mimic lemongrass or anything.

Totally bummed out, especially since I had seen such good reviews and drove out of my way to have a favourite meal of mine. Would have been better off getting crappy soup at the mall, at least it would have had any sort of flavour and met expectations. :( The lady taking the order was very...

If you're on the hunt for an authentic Thai dining experience, look no further than Spicy Thai Restaurant! I recently had the pleasure of enjoying an exquisite meal here, and I couldn't be more impressed.

From the moment I walked in, the warm ambiance and inviting decor set the perfect tone for what was to come. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and a level of hospitality that made us feel right at home. Their knowledge of the menu was impressive, and they were more than happy to make recommendations based on our preferences.

Now, let’s talk about the food! Every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor. The Pad Thai had just the right balance of sweetness and spice, and the fresh ingredients made all the difference. The Green Curry was a standout—rich, creamy, and full of vibrant veggies. And for those who enjoy a bit of heat, the spicy basil stir-fry was simply fantastic.

The presentation of each dish was a feast for the eyes as well, showcasing the restaurant's attention to detail. Plus, the portion sizes were generous, making it great value for money.

For dessert, we couldn’t resist trying the mango sticky rice, and it was the perfect sweet ending to our meal—delectably sweet and satisfying!

Overall, Spicy Thai Restaurant exceeded all my expectations. The combination of fantastic food, warm service, and a cozy atmosphere makes it a must-visit for anyone craving Thai cuisine. I can't wait to return and explore more of their tempting menu....

My partner and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to try this place because it had high reviews. The decor was nice, service was okay. We waited at the sign that said "Please wait to be seated".. and we waited... finally one of the four or five servers behind the desk finally noticed us and sat us at a table. Our server was nice but had to call her over a couple times because she only checked on us once during our whole dinner. The food looked good but the taste was mediocre and tasted very bland. Our panang curry came out cold and was not spicy at all. We also ordered the fish dish which was overly sweet and not spicy at all either. I found this weird because curry is supposed to be spicy and the fish dish has spicy in the description. This restaurant definitely caters to Western people as the dishes we ordered did not taste authentic at all. Really disappointed with the food. If you're looking for real authentic Thai food, I would suggest looking elsewhere. On the bright side, the Panang curry did have crushed peanuts in it, which was the highlight...

Although the service was very good but cannot say the same for food. We ordered Chocken Satay and brown calamari in starter and calamari was nice. Portion size was less but taste good. Unfortunately the chicken satay was bitter in taste and we complained about it and the server said it could be because of the charcoal and she reported that in the kitchen. In main-course, we ordered drunken noodles, pineapple fried rice, crispy duck and green curry. Green curry was very nice (similar to any other Thai restaurant) and drunken noodles was too good. Unfortunately crispy duck smelled bad and pineapple fried rice was burnt. On reporting about the rice, server changed the dish and cooked fresh. The newly brought rice was okay but the turmeric was little too heavy. Anyways that’s all about the restaurant. There were many vagabonds roaming outside the restaurant and they will ask for money. Did not feel safe outside. So my overall feeling about the place is mixed. Cannot provide higher ratings.

I was excited to eat here based on the other google reviewers. The disappointment started as soon as we arrived. No parking so hopefully you can find a spot on the street. The prices are a little high, and portions are on small side. Wonton soup left much to be desired. It was like sipping the water you just boiled pasta in and then added herbs for flavor. The wontons were OK but it seems like cilantro is thrown into everything as the main source of flavor. We ordered two main courses dishes, one with medium spicy and one with full. They came backwards so the person wishing to enjoy the medium spice had to endure the full on spicy. Long story short for $73 none of really enjoyed the meal. The thai iced teas were good and the vegetables and herbs were all fresh.

Fell excited to know there's Thailand restaurant on our path to Niagara Falls, read their fantastic reviews, we decided to make a stop and have dinner here. Touch of Thailand interior and friendly staff welcoming us as soon as we enter the main door give us a good feeling, however the cuisine was not as we expected! Let's say "Original BUT NOT Traditional" well, I come from Asia so my standard a little bit different from European I supposed. I like they appetiser sampler thought...... Overall, if you are Asian looking for Traditional Thailand cuisine, suggest you to try somewhere else......
