Popeyes Spicy Chicken Sandwich ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Taste: 4.5⭐ Very tasty Spicy Chicken Sandwich (TOP 5) The spicy sauce is a top tier sauce (Used To Be Better), not very spicy to me but very flavourful. Nice pickles but prefer tomatoes 100% Would be a 5⭐ if it was still served with spicier sauce & tomatoes.

Quantity: 5⭐ It always seems to be a giant, moist, & flavourful piece of chicken (Needs More Spicy Sauce).

Quality: 4⭐ Always looks the same, very beautiful shinny bun, gorgeous colour sauce, crunchy pickles (They Don't Look Wet & Soggy), & of course the very large piece of Louisiana Style Chicken Breast.

Location/Service: 3.5⭐ Nice polite employees & customers. An amazing location for going to after the L.C.B.O. & getting a quick bite to eat before you start drinking. I've heard there's a lot of issues with the service & that a lot of employees are non-efficient (But So Far, So Good). I still will always prefer the other location for nostalgic reasons, no hate on the Glendale Team.

I was a regular here and I say was because I won’t be frequenting this establishment anymore. I’ve visited this food chain enough times to know the quantity of fries served. And I don’t usually make a fuss about such things. But being handed a half empty box of fries and being told that that’s the quantity they always serve made them seem a bit challenged to me. Your employees need to get “RE-TRAINED” (Looking at you Zara and whoever the shift lead was) big time. Makes no difference to me though. Customers should never leave your establishment feeling cheated out of. That’s how I felt today.

False. I did not receive extra fries as you have stated in your response. Zara your team member in the prescence of your shift lead stated that the quantity of fries depicted here is the amount of fries recieved when a customer orders regular fries. Can you confirm? If it is indeed the case then my friend your location has been serving boxes of fries filled to the seams to me and my peers for the past year and to us it warranted repeat visits. Again I don’t usually do this over something as paltry as fries but this left a bad taste in my mouth. Update They finally picked up.. and argued for 10 minutes that Uber was going to pick it up (order was cancelled within 2 minutes of being placed so it should have never been made to begin with), we tried to explain the situation she would not listen. the woman was EXTREMELY rude and actually said to my sister “not my fault your an idiot” we asked for a manager and she avoided that question, and when we asked for her name she hung up the phone, we proceeded to call back 10 times again back to back and no one picked up again* What kind of people do you train here?!

Placed an order then realized it was the wrong address so cancelled my order in less then 2 minutes, to attempt to reorder with the correct address, they had already taken my money, attempted to contact the store more then 30 calls to the store to try to rectify the situation and no one has picked up once and I’m now out $160. Never again will I order from this location, possibly Popeyes as a whole at this point, every location in St. Catharines is distasteful and almost never have a good experience (people have even found maggots in their chicken from the bunting road location).
