barBURRITO — Restaurant in St. Catharines

Please do your self a favor and don't go here. I was there for lunch today at 3pm. I ordered vegetarian extreme fries and the lady gave me fries with mayo and cheese and she said that this is it. When I requested her for vegetables she started dumping on the fries. It was rude. This was my 6th time eating these fries she was the only one who said it's just mayo and cheese in veg fries. I don't believe it as I have had in different places same thing.

The tacos were really bad too. she dumped 3 tacos in the box and did not use the taco holder. She had put some weird sour sauce. She didn't have any spicy sauce.

I have been to bar burrito in Toronto and falls view Niagara many times and it has been amazing, but this was not good.

It's better to drive to fallsview resort and have a meal than coming here.

This is my favorite place to get lunch. Myself and multiple co workers from my office get lunch from here a few times a week. There is one worker who makes the experience here terrible. When I see her working it makes me not want to get my lunch any more and go elsewhere in the plaza or if I do stay I hope anyone else working is the one to make our multiple orders. Her customer service is terrible, she is rude and not personable at all. She makes the bowl terribly, doesn't respond to your questions and curses while doing it. You are lucky if you get greeted at all bye her. I know it is under new ownership, everyone else has been exceptional, but there is one worker who ruins this lunch spot completely, which is disappointing. I hope something can be done to not ruin this lunch spot for me and the 5 others at my office who love getting...

Tonight was my first experience EVER in this establishment. I had never been to one before. There was only one other customer that walked in a minute before me and as I observed when I pulled in the parking lot no one there other then that. (Had that customer not said thank you Alyssa I wouldn’t have known her name as they don’t wear name tags. ) She was SO rude when my son and I asked about gluten free options and meat options. When I explained we had not ever been to a barBURRITO Alyssa got even more agitated by this. Keeping in mind there was no one behind us line. The customer she knew got a bowl “three times” the size of the one I ordered. Consequently the only reason I ordered the two I did. Not a great experience. The food was good.
