Very Disappointed with My Experience at This Salon — Technician Jenny I came in for a full acrylic manicure and pedicure (around $110–$120) the day before my vacation. From the moment I arrived, I felt uncomfortable. The technician, Jenny, barely greeted me and had a cold, unfriendly attitude.
When I asked her if the tools she was using were sterilized, she gave me a very reluctant “yes,” and I honestly felt like she didn’t even understand my question. She started the manicure without any proper preparation — no soaking, no cleaning — just quickly started working with one tool. It was done carelessly and with no attention to detail.
I showed her a photo of almond-shaped nails that I wanted. Jenny told me she would try but that “it might not look exactly the same.” I agreed, but the result was nothing like what I asked for. The extensions she used were narrower than my natural nails, making them look strange — my real nails were sticking out on the sides, and there was an awkward visible gap where the extensions started.
When I politely said that this was not what I wanted, Jenny became frustrated and defensive. She said, “Well, this is what I have,” and refused to continue. Then she removed the nails by soaking them in acetone for 5–10 minutes without any skin protection, which left my fingers irritated and the skin around my nails very dry and damaged.
What shocked me most was not just her rude and aggressive behavior during the service, but what happened afterward. When I got up and left the salon, Jenny actually opened the door, came outside, and started yelling at me on the street from behind. I was completely shocked and embarrassed — this is absolutely unacceptable behavior from any professional.
To make it worse, the salon manager was nearby the whole time and never stepped in. No apology, no support, no accountability.
This happened the day before my flight, and I was left without nails, stressed, and deeply disappointed.
My advice: If you’re considering this salon, be very careful. Discuss everything in advance and be aware that if you’re not satisfied, they may simply refuse to help or even act aggressively. Jenny was extremely unprofessional, rude, and crossed all boundaries. I would not recommend her...

So I’m giving this business 3 stars because my first encounter was amazing!! Mike did such an amazing job on my nails, I truly loved them. Unfortunately, I had to get them redone before I could get another appointment with Mike so I opted into getting my nails done by Ken… Honestly, I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but when I left I had to reshape my nails, they were oddly shaped, and very thick! The polish is also odd, some of it has a top coat and some doesn’t. He did ask me if they were okay, but due to very high anxiety I don’t like to complain much.
Ken also did a pedicure and was amazing at it!! But my UV gel nails aren’t that great.
I’m a little bit upset that I spent $120 including tip and I had to reshape my own nails and the shallac doesn’t look right… and I can’t afford to get them done again
