Quesada Burritos & Tacos — Restaurant in St. Catharines

Please do go to this place , worker dont have dignity and they are so rude towards customer yesterday I went with my finance 15 th july near 10:30 pm , the girl was working on the counter she didn't even know anything .. she was not even following the instruction that we gave her regarding our order , I told her so many time I don't need lettuces in my taco but still she gave me .. Her behaviour was so odd . We were not feeling comfortable there . We spend more than 30$ for nothing … they should train their customer service provider how to behave professionally .The brown girl was there she was just smiling on the counter towards customer rather than doing anything . They should how to behave professionally . Really uncomfortable if you are going with ur family . Personally flet bad about place where we are not feeling comfortable if you are with family becoz staff should concentrate on their work rather watching...

Let me say first time I ordered..... I was definitely impressed. I placed my order online and food was at my door under 20 minutes. Food was good and prices was alright. Second time around was a disaster, they took forever and not just that when the delivery guy comes he handle my husband 2 burritos , out of an order worth over $50 lol my husband ask driver says I dont know that's what I got 4u So obviously we contacted customer service online since that's how we ordered and finally after half hour with them on the phone (opened burritos to specified to them what exactly we got lol uhmm beans lettuce chicken ... yeah what else 😂😂) well after all over 2 hours we finally got our order . As a recommendation they should use some sore of wax paper or so because the tacos and anything coming in box sticks to the bottom . Portions are good , price is in the middle of...

Very deceiving promotion. Decided to try because it said five dollar burritos if you sign up. This was not the case at all. I signed up and told me it was a minimum 10 purchase… then on the receipt in marker the employee wrote next burrito $5. How would any other employee verify this as well… anybody could write that. But the main point is that if there was conditions to this promotion than they need to be transparent and have it show up in the app to use on the next purchase. Also no points were added after the fact.

These companies that advertise one thing and then do something else need to be held accountable for misrepresentation. Especially when they are called out on the false...
