A new kid on the block
I would have to say Cob Bakery has the most fresh tasting bakery goods I have found in Niagara.
The quality is outstanding you will know this as soon as you taste the products, beware of the cinnamon rolls they make you come back for more.
The staff are excellent your in and out in no time with your treasures, the store is exceptionally clean ,the owners and managers as well as the staff provide outstanding service.
The breads and deserts are of high quality .
Just wait till you try the jalapeño bread OMG, my favorite is splitting the loaf horizontally spreading on cream cheese fire roasted red peppers as well as the meat of your choice let it cool n the fridge it’s addictive.
All I can say is welcome to Niagara welcome to St Catharines what a great great bakery we definitely need a bakery like this in Niagara .

I have traversed the area multiple times and had no idea they were there. I offered to take a few photos to let the neighborhood (as well as others) know that they are more than just bread. My request was denied. I was clear that the photos were of food only (no staff or patrons) and was denied again. That is a huge red flag for me. I was asked by 43 people to review this particular brick and mortar, and it would have been nice to showcase this shop. Unfortunately, it will have to wait. I can say this... DO NOT LET THE PRICE FOOL YOU. You definitely get what you pay dough bread is...
