Qualia Pizza — Restaurant in St. Catharines

I ordered a Xl pizza with double pepperoni and double bacon, light on the sauce and cooked well done. I received my pizza and gave it to my family to find out that there were onions underneath the cheese (allergies in my house).

Called to complain and the manager said that she would make a new one and take the old one back, tried explaining that it wasnt the point, cross contamination shouldn't occur between orders. She informed me that they dont wash their hands or cooking utensils because "we'd have to wash our hands and the cutter all day long".

It's too much to ask for someone preparing my order to wash their hands? I was then informed that there were no refunds regardless of the situation.

Long story short, no refunds, poor customer service and from what I can gather poor...

Ordered delivery for the first time 2 weeks ago and since then placed an online order more times then I'm willing to admit 😆 they got a great selection of deals and only $3 dollar delivery. Well made pizza's with large quantity of toppings put on them unlike some other chains. For a pizza place they got surprisingly good wings with some meat on them I highly recommend, however for me honey garlic sauce is too liquidy and drips of off wings before they get to you, i'd go with a thicker sauce in the future. Garlic bread (no cheese) is rather mediocre I personally avoid it, great dipping sauces for the crust tho. Takes about 20 to 30 minutes to get to me depending on what I order and I love every time, would be cool to see them do something special with the crust...

WARNING!!!!Ordered here for the first time and lets just say it would be the last! The dough is uneven it's like every slice is different and the bubbles all over omg the pizza literally looks like it was done in a rush very sloppy. To top this off the wings were completely soggy. When we called in to inquire about the order the employee hardly cared and was rude we had a small conversation about this then he said "oh k, ook" then hung up on us. We then called again to speak to the manager and the manager was even more DISRESPECTFUL then the employee. To put this delicately I literally felt like I ordered Pizza from a dimly lit alley! there's way too many pizza stores out here and this isn't the one I'd waste my time...
