Subway — Restaurant in St. Catharines

This was one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve had. From the moment we walked in, the employee’s attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming—as if she didn’t want us there at all. There was no eye contact, no greeting, and an overall lack of professionalism.

I normally write positive reviews and I understand that everyone has off days, but the interaction went beyond that. When I politely mentioned, “Excuse me, but your attitude doesn’t seem very friendly. I just want the sandwich cut in two,” the response I received was: “You will have to pay for two then. Are you ordering or not?”

When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there wasn’t one available.

To the owner or manager of this location: If you’re reading this, I hope you take this feedback seriously. Customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. This experience fell far below the standard I would expect from a brand...

My recent visit to Subway was extremely disappointing. The employee showed a complete lack of customer service from the start. There was no greeting, and she didn't bother to ask about my order preferences.

When I requested a veggie patty, she initially claimed they were out, despite them being visible. It felt like she didn't want to serve it. I also asked for crispy onions, only to be told they were out of stock after I specifically asked for them, without her informing me beforehand. Adding to the disappointment, both sandwiches I ordered were cold. the cheese hadn't even melted.

To top it off, there was no acknowledgment or farewell after my order was completed. No "good day" or "enjoy your meal," just silence. Given the poor service and the unacceptable quality of the cold food, I will be contacting Subway to request a full refund. Subway needs to address these issues to improve customer...

Haven't been to Subway in a looooong time! Ever since I discovered Submission Subs, Subway is a thing if the past! Fresh buns daily that actually taste fresh from a bakery unlike subway's that are super heavy and you get two foot long huge subs for 11 bucks! Or you can get four for $20! Plus, they're even cheaper on Sundays! Not going to pay $10-$15 for a mediocre sub when I can pay 11 bucks to get two fresh and delicious subs with tons of toppings!! Even if you live in the North End of the city drive yourself to Submissions!!!!

PS- Submissions has super friendly staff and have a point system so after X amount of subs you get two free and they always have Raffles and...
